Diamond's POV
I heard the front door open and I looked up. Jordan just stood there looking at me his clothes were bloody. I already knew what he did and I felt like crying not because of what happened but because of why it happened. It was all my fault.
24 hours earlier
I explained everything to him about the note and the necklace and I could tell he was growing angry because he was pacing as I spoke. "Don't be scared" he said finally sitting next to me on the floor. "I won't let him hurt you again okay don't worry" he said. "How how can I not worry when the man who nearly took my life was here he was outside my door probably watching me from my fucking window he knows where I live he fucking knows and it will be easy to get to me Teyanna is barley home because she now works full time and it's all my MY fucking fault" I yelled standing up. "Relax and give me the gun" he said calmly reaching towards me. "Oh what this THIS" I said waving the gun around "THIS IS THE ONLY THING IVE FUCKING GOT WITHOUT THIS IM 10 FEET UNDER GROUND" I shouted at the top of my voice then I started crying the kind of cry that sounds like you screaming and I dropped to the floor. Jordan sat next to me took the gun and put the safety back on the gun and put it to the side. He lifted me onto his lap and hugged me and I continued to cry heavily.
Jordan's POV
As I held her I felt her shaking and me chest was wet full of tears but I didn't move. I've never seen her like this she seemed so broken I knew she was hurt but I didn't realise how badly. After I few minutes I realised she was sleeping so I lifted her up and went back into her room and put her on the bed. I put the covers over her because she was still shaking. I sat on the edge of her bed the whole time she was sleeping thinking deeply about things. I pressed a contact and put the phone to my ear "Yo" I said. "It's 3am what to do want" said the person on the other side of the phone". "I need all the information you can get on Mk and tell everyone else that he needs to be gone today" he said quietly so that Diamond wouldn't wake up. "Ight I got you" Jordan's friend said and he hang up the phone.
In the morning
Diamond's POV
"No" I said in my sleep. "No No NOOOO PLEASEEEEE" I screamed then sat up. I could barley breathe and my head was banging. I breathed deeply taking long breaths. Jordan ran into my room. "Yooo what happened he" he said looking around the room pointing his gun. I just sat on my bed legs crossed looking down trying to breath but I just made gaping noises. Jordan quickly moved towards me. "Hey hey relax breath" he said looking down at me. "Breath in........ breath out" he said slowly. I did as he said until I got my breathing regular again. "Nightmare?" He said holding me in a hug. I nodded. "I- I- I'm sorry I'm so fucking complicated I'm not that kind of friend that you can just go out and do normal shit my life is fucked everything's fucked" I said trying not to cry. "You think I don't know that but i don't care that's why I'm here because of you no matter what you've gone through your still strong" he said lifting my head so that I could look at him.
Jordan's POV
"But I'm not I'm not strong though look at me shaking in my sleeping screaming in the morning I- I- I'm need" she said but then she stopped it was like something clicked in her head. "Stop" she suddenly said looking away. "Stop what" I said confused. "Making me feel so fucking hopeless since you walked into my life you've been 'taking care of me' like I'm a fucking baby but I'm not so stop and leave me alone" she shouted getting off me. "What I'm jus-" I started. "SHUT THE FUCK UP I can take care of my self I have been all my FUCKING life I ain't have no body NO FUCKING body there for me so I made it on my own and I can make it on my own I can I can I can I CAN" she screamed crying as she spoke. "Di relax your hurting just relax" I said calmly. "Don't fucking tell me what to do get the fuck out" she shouted. "I'm not going anywhere" I said calmly again. "I SAID GET THE FUCK OUT MY HOUSE" she screamed throwing a pillow at me. I stood up and looked at her she wasn't okay she wasn't the same Diamond I knew. I sighed and walked out her room. I don't know where Teyanna is but she needs to come and take care of her friend because Diamond really needs her.
Diamond's POV
I watched as he left the room. I stood still then I heard the front door close. He really left me. I'm so fucking stupid. I dropped down to the floor crying. Now I'm probably gonna die because I fucked things up with Jordan the only person who has been protecting me out here. I thought about everything I been through in my life and cried harder. "Momma help me please I don't know what I'm doing" I said as I cried. "I i need help" I said. I then closed my eyes and laid on the floor.
Jordan's POV
I wasn't an idiot I know Diamond said that I should leave but I'm not really going to leave her alone. I sat in my car outside the house and looked up at her door. I knew she was hurting and she was scared but I really do think she should see someone for help. My phone started ringing I thought it was Diamond but it wasn't it was my friend Cey. "Yo" I said when I picked up the phone. "Yo I got info on Mk I know where he is at and I know who helped him" Cey said. "Tell nigga" I said sitting up looking at Diamond's window. "The person who helped him was...."
