Maurelle decided to leave and follow up with Harry. She saw Ron and Hermione chasing him in the crowd. She followed them until they stopped. Maurelle took off her invisibility and walked towards Harry and removing his cloak. Ron and Hermione followed up behind her.

"Harry?" Maurelle said as she placed her hand on his shoulder.

"Harry, what happened?" Hermione asked.

"He was their friend and he betrayed them. He was their friend!" Harry shouted, "I hope he finds me, because when he does I'm going to be ready! When he does, I'm gonna kill him!"

Maurelle was sadden when he heard Harry wanted to kill.

'I guess the right push can lead someone to a dark path' Maurelle thought to herself.

Winter has passed and spring flourished. All the snow melted into ponds, rivers, or back to the  lake. It was time for Harry's lesson and mentoring. Maurelle went to the Astronomy Room to meet up with Lupin and Harry.

"Maurelle. You are a few minutes early." Lupin said.

"Doesn't hurt to be early." she  took a bite of her apple and sat by the trunk as she looked up at Lupin who was by the balcony.

"I hope he will be able to execute this spell." Maurelle said.

"Even though he may not be like you, his good heart and passion will help him through." Lupin said.

Harry entered the room shortly after.

"Harry. There you are. You came." Lupin said.

"Are you sure about this, Harry" Maurelle asked him.

"This is very advanced magic... well beyond the Ordinary Wizarding Level." Lupin said.

"I'm sure." Harry said.

"Well, everything's prepared. The spell I'm going to teach you is called the Patronus Charm. The one Maurelle used to get rid of those dementors. Did you ever hear of it?  No? Well... A Patronus is a positive force. For the wizard who conjures one... it works like a shield, with the dementor feeding on it rather than him. But in order for it to work, you need to think of a memory. Not just any memory, a very happy memory, a very powerful memory. Can you do this? Yes. Very well. Close your eyes. Concentrate. Explore your past. Do you have a memory? Allow it to fill you up. Lose yourself within it. Then speak the incantation, Expecto Patronum." Lupin said.

"Expecto Patronum." Harry repeated.

"Very good. Shall we? Wand at the ready." Lupin said.

Maurelle stood up and helped Lupin with the trunk. Once they opened it, the bogart rised up and lunged towards Harry.

"Expecto Patronum!" Harry said, but nothing came out, "Expecto... Expecto... Expect..." he started to lose conscious

"I'll take care of it." Maurelle casted the incorpeal Patronus and shined it back to the trunk and locked it. She then went over to help Harry up.

"Here we go. Come on. Sit up. Deep breaths. it's all right. I didn't expect you to do it for the first time. That would have been remarkable." Lupin said.

"Yeah, it's pretty common that no one gets it on the first try." Maurelle said as she too another bite of her apple.

"Did you get it on your first try, Maurelle?" Harry asked.

"What do you think?" Maurelle raised her brow.

"Don't compare yourself  to Maurelle." Lupin said, "Here, eat this. You'll feel better." he gave him a piece of chocolate.
