I ran for four days. Didn't sleep once. How could I when every time I stopped I burst out into tears? I ate a little bit. Not as much as I would have liked, but I ate. I avoided everyone's land. I can't think of myself as a rogue. Not yet. I still have a home, and a pack, I'm just taking a slight vacation. That's all this is, a vacation.

Today, for some odd reason, I'm not on high alert. I'm not running, not eating. Something is telling me to slow down. I needed to relax before I just stopped and fell down dead. So that's what I did. I layed down in the middle of a field and curled up into a little ball. Then I cried. Wolf crying is much softer then crying in human form.

I was on the verge of dream land when I heard a twig snap. I didn't jerk my head up to see what it was, I just layed there so it looked like I was sleeping. I didn't mean to intrude on whoever's land this was. To be honest, I didn't even know this was someone's land.

"Shift." A demanding voice said above my head.

I opened one eye to see that this man had a gum pointed to my head. Right in the spot between my teo eyes. I would be killed instantly.

"Shift," He demanded again. His yellow eyes were glowing like cats. Oh shit, I'm in cat territory. That's the worst territory because they can tear us to shreds.

I stood up, in all my glory I was just a little bit taller than him. There were others around me. They all looked like leopards. Black ones with piercing green eyes and yellow spotted ones with glowing blue eyes. Why does this dude have yellow eyes? Whatever, I guess.

"Shift!" He yelled and his eyes glowed even brighter.

So I did. I placed my hands on my hip, "Happy?" I looked at my nails like they were the most intersting thing in the world.

"State your business here." He pointed the gun to my throat.

I sighed, "I'm on vacation." I spoke in a 'duh' tone to sound like an annoying teenager. Maybe he will leave me alone.

"Why are you on the queen's land?"

I raised an eye brow at him ,"Queen?"

He nodded.

"Oh shit! Oh my god, I am so sorry. I didn't mean to intrude or anything," I held my hands up in surrender.

"State your business," He demanded again.

"I already told you, I gave myself a vacation."

He snikered, "More like you're running away."

Fuck him. I was going to go home... eventually. I glared at him, he doesn't understand how complicated my life is. He can't just go and asume things.

"I'm not asuming anything, young lady." He chuckled at my horrified expression, "I can hear your thoughts."

I kept glaring at him.

"Are you going to ask me what we are going to do with you?" He asked.

"Frankly, I just don't care." I looked at the ground with my brows furrowed, "My life is too complicated to care anymore."

"Really? How?"

I looked up at him and opened my mouth to say some snotty remark but it was cut off with a ferice kick in my stomach.

"Oh shit," I mumbled as I fell to the ground onto my knee's. I started to gasp for air, but nothing came.

"Are you alright?" The dude asked, he was still standing there. He doesn't care that I'm hurt. Well not me, my brother, but still.

When I finally got my breath back, I whispered into the ground, "Help me." Then I broke out into tears.

I felt someone place their hand on my back as I sobbed, "Sweety, everything is alright." A motherly voice said to me. I tured up to look at her. She had soft blue eyes and the same sandy colored hair as the other guy. "What's wrong dear?" She asked in a sweet voice.
