Between Time (Pharaoh Atem X OCReader)

I opened the door to my house and gave a small tour of where Atem would be staying. 

"I am going to go freshen up before dinner, my treat here's your room make yourself at home" 

I quietly rushed to my room and shut the door quickly

I needed to find out a way to bring back his memory. I needed to find a way to tell him about our...situation. I placed my hand on my small bump before slumping myself onto the floor. I felt my tears pooling down my face. 

This was a disaster.

I pulled myself together enough to put on some more comfy looser clothing and headed back downstairs to start dinner. 

Atem sat at the table resting his hand on his chin quietly tapping the table

"Hungry are we?" I joked

He was quiet still tapping his finger against the wood of the table

I began cooking a typical meal before his voice broke the tension in the room

"Do I know you evelyn?"

I nearly collapsed

"What make you think that?" I asked curiously?

"How...your acting. you seem familiar and..your acting stranger then anyone else I've met so far"

I sighed placing the vegetable I'd cut into the pot before facing him

"Ye-Yes but you arn't going to believe me"

His eyes lite up

He stood up quickly pounding on the table now "You-You must tell me!! Please!" 

I rubbed my forehead now cover in sweat before feeling that familiar sting of bile in my throat

"Your name isn't Adam, its Atem....your from Egypt..3000 years ago...and we...we" I flew to the sink and vomited again

Atem sat back down now shaking his head in his hands

"What on...what?" 

I washed my face again completely disgusted in this frequent vomiting episodes.

"Atem..." I slowly walked over to him 

His head was still buried in his hands

"Atem..." I took his hand and placed my palm on his cheek 

"We...We are...very much in love."

I could see his eyes growing with sadness 

I began to sob loosing all control grabbing him and pulling him to me

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry...I left...I left" I couldn't stop crying it all came out all of the pain over the past few months came rushing in "And, now you don't remember...you don't remember any of it? nothing?" 

I felt his arms wrap around me tightly as his soft breath brushed my ear

"You...it was you all along...the one in my dreams the one that brings the warmth in the darkness"

I felt goose bumps as his lips touched mine igniting a fire that had grown so dim

That moment seemed to last a lifetime, collapsed on the floor holding each other. Did he remember? 

The Sizzling of vegetables broke our kiss as I pulled away from him to toss them

"We need to...bring back your memory" I spoke softly

I heard Atem come up from behind me wrapping his arms around my waist I hoped to god, he wouldn't notice the bump...that was the last thing to bring up...not yet.

he inhaled deeply on my neck "Perhaps with sometime...you smell exceptional"

I giggled "Yes, we take pride in smelling good around here" 

Atem backed up looking embarrassed he hadn't bathed in days.

"The shower is upstairs or bath...whatever you want" 

He nodded excusing himself

It wasn't long before I finished dinner, I called up to him without an answer. I slowly walked upstairs listening 

"Atem?" 

No response my heart sunk rapidly

 I gathered the courage to open up the bathroom door to find Atem sitting on the tiled bath rim with just his feet in wearing a towel.  My bathroom was quite spacious almost like the spa's the bath styled like a Jacuzzi it didn't all surprise me he had to be fascinated with the jets.

"Oh, sorry...You didn't respond"

A deviant smile flashed on Atem's face as he dashed towards me making me practically scream before lifting me into the air and jostling myself into my large tub...fully clothed.

"Atem! What the hell! I'm wearing clothes!" I yelled agitated, yet and hungry

He belted out a laugh before getting in himself..nude

My face turned bright red "What are you doing? are you that ahead of yourself" I stuttered out as I tried to stand up. 

Atem forced me down again "Your not going anywhere" His hands gently caressed my cheeks as he pulled me onto his lap

"What..?" I found my head going light I shouldn't be in this tub anyways being pregnant I thought but was distracted again with another longer more passionate kiss from Atem making me weak.

"I never thought..I would see you again" he whispered

"Wait" I pulled away looking at his eyes a moment

"Do you.." he pulled me closer touching our head

"Please quiet let me just be here with you, please Evelyn just let me have this moment"

My heart fluttered as he removed my clothing  I was glad for all the bubbles there was no way her would see. 

His touch was soft and longing stroking every part of me I almost let out a moan before looking at him again

"I remember" He said quietly "I remember everything....we have to get back"

I totally just wrote 3 chapters in one night, so if it seems kinda rushed its cause i want to return to egypt! but don't worry we still have to wrap up here in the future!

If your lost there will be a full explanation very very soon, and well the big surprise. I may return to these chapters sometime and add more spice to them ;] 

This is unlike anything Ive ever done so bare with me!
