She's Missing

"Find her now!" My fist clenched tightly

Mahad bowed "Pharaoh, please we are doing what we can it is night now we should rest and try again tomorrow.

I shook my head

This wasnt happening. I dont think she left this time as people remember  her still. But...maybe..I tried to shake the thought. She couldn't be gone..I need her..her...presence.

Mahad put his hand on my shoulder come Pharaoh its getting dark its too dangerous for you to be put here like this.

I nodded. But I had something else in mind.

When I returned to the palace I gathered a cloak and sword hiding it beneath. I snuck out carefully like I did when I was a rebellious child. No one seemed to notice me.

I had to find her.

I walked the now empty streets passing empty carts and shops that were closed now. It was so quiet in the city at night almost entire. I knew she had to of gone this direction as thats when I saw her last.
I found myself in front of a small alley its narrow path led to just outside the palace wall...I wonder...

I carefully crept down listening carefully.

I heard a commotion in an alley near by in the poor side of the city. It was loud whatever it was.

I found myself outside of the house screaming coming from inside it made my stomach turn.
