I woke up to the water becoming cool.
It was still night out though it must of been the start of early morning.

I climbed out of the tub.

I glanced around where..were my clothes? I found my shirt black robe I wrapped it around me though entirely revealing.

I moved the curtain to find Atem asleep his arm rested over his stomach peacefully asleep.

He looked quite content I felt unsure of what I should do. Should wake him? Or.

3 soft knocks before an older women came in

"Here's the pharaohs food, and fresh linen." She mumbled handing me everything before waddling out the door.

"Psft" I set the stings down on a table near the wall.

"That's...for you..." Grumbled stem sleepily rubbing his eyes.

"S-sorry...I"

He must of seen my face when he was done rubbing his eyes because he immediately turned away from me. His face red.

Strange considering he was feeling me up in the dungeon earlier.

"Uh..I had them bring you..uh..some fresh clothing..."

I turned to see the fresh linen. I unraveled it unsure of how to wear it.

"Atem...how do...people wear these? I..its seems a bit...complicated."

I glanced at Atem who was shielding his eyes now.

"...I can...send for...some"

"No, No...just..give me an idea."

Atem took a moments breath before facing me. I had my front covered partially.

Atem came closer to me red as blood now making me laugh a little bit...what's up with him.

He slowly began helping me wrap myself up into a very elegant dress, I felt like actual royalty

"Thank you" I smirked "why so shy now?" I poked at him

He shook his head
"I...I'm not..I'm just not used too..."

"A women speaking to you?"

He signed "I don't know,"

He sat back down on his bed before patting the empty spot
"Come. I'm sure you'd like something softer than a hard floor"

I nodded I sat in the spot next to him we laid shoulder to shoulder

"So tell me...what of this....future?"

I turned on my side finding myself becoming more comfortable.

"Its..A lot more easier to get simple things done...its vast...you can travel all over the world in hours...what do you want to know?"

"Hmm...what of my kingdom"

I paused should I even....go there? There was a lot to Egypt history.

"Well....considering this is....3000 years before my time...a lot happens. This city is long forgotten about by future kings. Other countries take over Egypt...its a beautiful place in my time still just not how you would know it"

Atem said nothing his eyes faced the ceiling. He must be trying to imagine it.

I watched him quietly..his eyes focused perplexed on a thought

"Atem...tell me about your time...that's really why I am here"

Atems deep eyes turned towards me.

"Tomorrow...is the festival of pharaohs..you shall experience a great celebration. I shall explain to the guardians...what I can."

I nodded

Atems gaze didn't move from mine. His lips soft, his eyes kind now.

"What?" I finally broke the stare off

"It has been sometime...since...I've had conversations I enjoy"

I laughed

"I see...I would think you could talk to whom ever"

"Well yes..but..its not been easy...could...I?"

His arm outstreched to me

"Could you?"

He smirked...he pulled me in close to him now his arms wrapped around me. He nestled his head into my hair this time gracefully and gently.

"Forgive me..."

I began to blush he was...so...cute

"Its...fine...I am...cold"

I felt warm breath on my cheek as I realized he had fallen asleep. It must. Be close to morning sleeping sounded...great. I allowed him to cuddle me as I began to sleep.

I hadn't slept so good in ages...
