The land was fogy, as they approached a cliff, Ah-Un moaned as they went; with Rin on his back, Chelsea at his side, with Sesshomaru and Jaken following. The air was thick, and the sky was gray with clouds; as they came to the edge of the cliff they stood on, they looked up at a mountain that looked to be blow out the side.
Chelsea looked over her should, trying not to make eye contact with Sesshomaru; because now that every time she did, her cheeks would turn bright red. "Um, it's the end of the road."
"Where are we now?" Rin asked, looking up at the mountain in awe.
Jaken explained, "The place where a giant demon, known as Ryukotsusei, was sealed into a dormant state." He looked up and down at the new break in the giant cliff. "Strange, though, that it was completely destroyed like this." He inquired his master, "Lord Sesshomaru, do you honestly think this is Inuyasha's doing?"
The Lord studied the rock face. "It's anyone's guess how he might have accomplished this." Sesshomaru answered.
Chelsea shivered, at the smooth honey of his voice. "So, like how big was the guy trapped in the mountain?" She dared to ask.
"Huge!" Jaken exclaimed, "Ryukotsusei, was a massive demon wreaking havoc on the lands; it was Sesshomaru's father that sealed him in there." He explained, holding his arms out.
"So..." Chelsea pointed at the mountain, "He was as big as that mountain?"
"Correct." Sesshomaru answered, as he looked up at the mountain.
Chelsea gritted her teeth, trying not to shutter. "And Inuyasha, your brother, killed it?"
"Again, correct." The Lord answered her once again.
Looking up, for once, Chelsea wished he would stay silent. She was no where in control of these feelings, that were growing wild inside of her.
Rin then turned Ah-Un; Chelsea turned as well, and went up next to Sesshomaru, to walk next to him.
"Indeed." Jaken agreed, "Imagine Inuyasha defeating such a formidable foe." He looked around examining the area, "It took everything in your father's power to send Ryukossei into dormancy." He then saw that they all had left him, "Wah!" He yelped, then started to scurry behind them, "Don't leave me behind, Lord Sesshomaru."
As they moved away from the mountain range, the air became clear; and the clouds drifted away, letting the sun shine. As the sun shone bright in the new clear blue sky, other than a few wispy clouds, it had become a beautiful day. With a light breeze, that caused the leaves to shimmer in the light; and the water to looked clear, as fish quickly swam by.
Rin and Jaken were in the river, trying to catch fish; while Chelsea was wading through the water slowly, looking down at the rocks. While Sesshomaru sat under a tree by the waters edge, he looked to be resting; with Ah-Un by his side.
Chelsea moved her legs a little, then let out a huge sigh, "That feels so good on my feet." As she started to relax; a splash of water sprayed at her. "Hey!" She yelped.
"That's the way, Jaken, you can do it!" Rin cried out, as she splashed in the water.
Jaken was reaching into the water vigorously, splashing as he went. "Like this?" He was making a big splash; but missed the fish entirely.
Rin splashed around in the water, "No, to the right, in front of you, to the back!" She yelped.
Jaken continued to struggle, "Over here?" He kept diving around, trying to catch fish.
"Now left. Right." Rin kept giving mixed signals.
Chelsea walked over to the edge of the river, "Geez, you two, now I'm all wet." She sat on the edge of the river. Her hair was damp at the edges; while her pants had soaked up more water, then her shirt. Letting out a little sigh, she decided to lay in the sun to dry off a bit.
