Episode 112 - Gotta Follow A Feeling

Chelsea shivered thinking about the demon flea; there was just a ick feeling all over her. "I really didn't think something would become a demon flea, who would willingly become that?"

Jaken looked at her, "Not everyone gets to choose what they become when they get here." He scoffed.

"Sure, they got a choice, now if they are grated that is a whole different matter." Chelsea replied, "But bugs are gross, so I sure wouldn't want to do that."

Rin rubbed her arms, "I agree, I wouldn't want to be a bug either, I like being me." She smiled, "if I got to choose, I wouldn't change anything."

"Aww!" Chelsea hugged Rin, "That's so sweet, even though you've been through such a rough beginning. I'm so glad you are being optimistic!"

Rin hugged her back, "I really like being with you guys."

"That makes me happy, and I'm sure it makes them happy too." Chelsea looked at Jaken and Sesshomaru, they were walking ahead together.

Neither of them looked back; the girls looked at each other and giggled.

Rin whispered, "I think they would be sad without us."

Chelsea gave a hardy nod, "Oh yeah, they would."

Jaken looked up at his lord in thought, then looked back in the direction their lord was leading them. How do you plan on finding Naraku now, that Chelsea just gave a lucky guess, but now...we have no idea where he would have gone. His mind wandered.

Sesshomaru was furious, he knew Naraku escaped, somehow he was able to teleport back. What anchor does he have here? Because Sesshomaru knew that he obviously wasn't going to be able to kill Naraku in the nether world, he has his heart separate then his body. Did this really mean that Naraku could keep running away when he becomes weak? Hiding then healing and coming back, he was just an annoying fly that Sesshomaru could get a grasp on.

They walked through the trees; there was the rustling through leaves, as a light breeze brushed through them. There was a calm sound that filled the air, with the birds singing as the sun was moving down low below the trees. The group continued on to find Naraku, after Sesshomaru lost him coming out of the netherworld, his energy disappeared from the area altogether.

Chelsea let out a sigh; she could feel Sesshomaru was angered, I wish I could do something to help. Her eyes couldn't stop looking at him, How could Naraku just disappear like that? She wondered quietly, You would think that someone would have noticed when he left the netherworld. Glancing around she thought if she noticed any energy shift while Sesshomaru was in the netherworld, but nothing significant stood out to her. Though she was distracted by a door that she wanted to get through. She rolled her eyes at herself; Well look at the help I was. She thought.

Sesshomaru looked around; he could feel that Chelsea's energy was fluctuating, he could tell she was bothered. He wasn't sure why she would be bothered, but he needed to get back on Naraku's trail. Lightly stepped up on the air, seamlessly floating away.

Jaken turned quickly, "Lord Sesshomaru?" He saw his lord flying away. "My Lord!" He tried to run and reach to catch him, but he just barely missed.

Sesshomaru didn't respond, he just kept going.

Chelsea and Rin watched Sesshomaru go; Chelsea tilted her head in confusion, "Where is he going?" She asked rhetorically.

"Why must you leave me?!" The imp cried as he tantrumed on the ground.

Rin continued walking, trying to go in the same direction Sesshomaru went, "We'll be alright Jaken, Chelsea is here."

Chelsea followed her, still looking up at Sesshomaru in the sky.
