Russia was amazed how fast time had gone by while he was at Germany's house. He felt himself shiver as the cold air whisked by him at night. Despite most countries' beliefs, he was affected by cold. He just had way more resistance than most.

Like that stupid America.

Honestly, what's that guy's problem? He was acting all nice and things, even laughing with him, and then he starts getting all defensive when Russia asks about the skirt. Maybe it didn't seem like it to America, but Russia genuinely wanted to know. Did America always dress in feminine clothing?

Well there was that one time a few years ago.

Japan had been dress-coded for wearing one of her school girl outfits to school. And America had been pissed, from what Russia had heard. The next day, when Russia saw him in auto shop, he'd been decked out in possibly the worst school girl outfit ever. One you'd see in some bad porno or something. A plaid miniskirt had hung low on his hips, and a white dress shirt tied at the bottom to reveal his stomach, while the top three buttons had been left unbuttoned.
Ms. Lynn had asked why he dressed that way, to which he said, "A friend of mine got dress coded, pretty unfairly in my opinion, so I figured I'd come dressed worse. Did you know there's nothing against boys wearing short skirts and shorts in the dress code? Seems a little unfair, if you ask me." She'd laughed a little and said nothing more. And the next day, America had convinced a few more boys to dress up with him. The principal was so mad, and they all got sent to detention, but nothing too serious. The next time Japan wore another one if those outfits of hers, nobody said a thing.

Before Russia knew it, he had already come upon the gate to Japan's house. The porch light was still on, which either meant Japanese Empire was still up, or she had left it on until Japan came home. God, he hoped it was the latter.

Everyone who knew the Japan twins, also knew how terrifying their mother was. It was a wonder that those two were related her. With the way Neko Japan was obsessed with cute things and romance, and how mild mannered her brother was, those two were nothing like their cold-hearted mother.

The gate opened without a noise, which made Russia's life just a little bit easier. He circled the house for a little before deciding on his entry point. He scaled the side of the house using the vines and bamboo that grew there. He made it up to a small window, that looked like it lead to a really large bathroom. He tried to pry the window open, to find it locked. Cursing, he climbed back down to see if he could find something to jam it open with. After a little bit of searching, he found a rock that was pointed enough to fit a bit under the window crack. The rock was sealed in his pocket while he climbed up once more. He wiggled the tip of the rock into the window as much as he could. Breathing heavily, he counted down to three and slammed his palm into the back of the rock, both successfully opening the window, and making a really loud noise.

Russia tensed up, feeling like the sound got louder the more it echoed in his head. Would the empire have heard that? If she was awake, it was highly likely. So, he hoped to God she was a asleep.

He bit his lip and waited with bated breath for any indication that she'd heard and was coming up the stairs. But he heard nothing.

Shit, I don't want to risk the chance that she is awake, and she's just really good at sneaking around.

Honestly, that wouldn't surprise Russia in the least. The Japan Empire was notorious for being very slick when she wanted to be.
