It's been one week and I have been attacked yet again.  Everything was going according to plan, nothing was offsetting, nothing seemed out of place. But out of nowhere a Chimera had come and almost killed a few Gryffindors. How it got in I have no idea. But there it was, spitting out flames at the third year Gryffindors. They hollered and screamed, trying to run, but was engaged by a wall of burning flames. The serpent tail whipped around, grabbing a girl with black hair. The tail slung her around, flicking her to the ground. I grabbed my sword, running to the older kids. I quickly devised a plan as to how I will get the kids to safely and how to kill the monster. Got it! I called out to the animals of the woods, a deer, a fox, a few rabbits and wolves came to my aid. I directed them to the monster;

"Distract The Chimera, I'll get the kids to safety." Each animal nodded and went to work. The Chimera roared with frustration as the animals came in between the Gryffindor's. I ran up to the older students, and offered my hand to the fallen ones.

"Alright, I need you to follow me. Stay quiet but hurry. The animals won't last that long, I need to get you all to a safe place while I handle the monster. So please hurry." The nodded, I got up and quietly jogged to the nearest classroom. I opened the door and saw it was Sev's class, he turned to look at me. He opened his mouth to say something, but right then the Chimera let out a roar. I looked at Sev.

"No time to explain Sev. Go get Dumbledore and Madam Pomfrey and fast. But please be careful. But hurry, someone might need help." I ran out with my sword in hand, I came face to face with the lion/donkey/ serpent. I had to make it weaker, and to do that I had to slowly take its strengths. Calmly and slowly I walked behind the creature, carefully angling my sword on the serpent tail. Then with all my might I slashed, the tail flew off and the monster let out a cry of pain. The Chimera seen me, it let out a growl, it opened its mouth to shoot fire, but I have a plain. In a flash I got my arrows and shot them into the agape mouth of the lion head. The body became rigid, the creature began to choke and gag. While it was suffering, I quickly cut its head off. As the head rolled and turned into dust as well as the rest of the body, something was left behind. I walked up and seen it was a rhinestone collar, but the moment I picked it up it turned into a bracelet. A spoil of war. I slipped it on, just as clapping began to sound. Turning around I see someone I haven't seen in years. I shouldn't be able to see him. But he has changed, a lot. He grew up, his hair is longer, he's taller. Gods how I missed him, but somethings off. Like the fact that he's alive, but he seems...evil. The way he was standing, the look in his eyes. He wasn't the boy I had known all those years ago. He didn't look like the boy who needed help against the monsters. He wasn't the boy I found half dead in the woods. He wasn't the boy who I had thought died in my arms. He's alive and didn't look like himself.

"David?"But how is he here.

"Ivy, little Ivy, how have you been? Eh, it doesn't matter, everything is going to change now." He grinned evilly, taking out a sleek, black sword. Before I could react he swung it at me, I barely blocked it, causing the tip to slice my upper arm. I hissed in pain, eyes wide as to why he would be acting like this.

"David, why? Why are you acting like this? What have I done?" He laughed a humorless laugh.

"What have I done?" He mimicked me. "Let me tell you what you have done. You left me there to die. When I needed you most you left me. We were a family, but I didn't mean anything to you did I? All those talks when we couldn't sleep, everything we went through, gone that instant. So when I was revived I went out looking for you, I searched until someone had finally gave me the help I needed. I was told you were here, so ultimately I came. Now I will leave you here to die, to see if you get help. But I was told I have to make an offer, to come with me and help take back what should be ours."
