Why was an owl here in the open? What is that attached to its leg? I mentally face palmed. It's an owl for the magic world. I walk up to it and detach the letter, my name was neatly written in the letter. Sev. Of course he would send me a letter while I'm trying to save the world. I opened it to see what he wanted.
Ivy,
I know well enough that you are on one of your quest. I have already spoken to Chiron about it. This may seem unimportant seeing as you are doing a very important task, but once you arrive back to camp I will be there. I will be staying at camp for a few weeks, I believe it would be safer for you to stay as long as possible. I will explain more later. The reason I wrote was because I have asked Dumbledore to write to the Ministry of Magic to grant you permission to use magic outside of school. Both Dumbledore and the Ministry had granted that. So you may use your wand. For anything you see fit. Not just for emergencies. Be careful child. Don't do anything stupid. Stay alive. I'll see you when you return.

What. I can use magic! I have to tell Anna and Grover! I put the letter in my back pocket and hid behind a tree to change. Feeling myself shrink and grow fur I started to sniff and check the area. Nothing seemed out of normal, but everything felt off. There wasn't anything wrong from what I could tell. I did a lap around the building and did a quick mile scan of the area. Nothing. Then why won't this feeling go away. Shaking my head I ran back to the tree I hid my clothes behind. I was about to shift back when I heard a twig snap behind me. I froze. Carefully I sniffed the air, my blood seemed to stop and turn to ice. Why is it always him. Why can't it be a different monster? My thoughts where cut off by a sickly sweet voice.
"Well, well, well. What do we have here? A little lone wolf? Well now, how sweet. Did you get separated form your pack?" I growled. My blood unthawed. My silver eyes glaring at the son of Ares. Why is he here.
"Hey now little pup. Why didn't you change back and we can have a conversation face to face." His hands mockingly in the air. I huffed and transformed into my goddess getup.
"What do you want David. I don't have time to deal with you." His stupid smirk grew.
"Ahh, you see, the thing is, I don't really care. I'm here to make sure you fail your little quest. I have no interest in whatever you have to do. All I know is that I need to stop you. So here I am. Stopping you." He pulls out his sword. I took out mine.
"Stop this. I know how you feel about your father. About the other gods and goddesses. But you don't have to do this. I know who you are with. Who you are working for! He tried to gain my help. You don't have to do this. I can help you. Let me-"
"SHUT UP! You have no idea who I'm helping! You have no idea what I went through to get to this position! I will do this. Not on his accord, but mine. I have told you before Ivy. I want you dead." David charged at me, letting anger make his moves sloppy. I don't fight back, I can't. The only thing I can do is block, doge and move out the way. He doesn't let up on the attacks, and I can't get a clear opening on him so I can attack. Oh my gods I'm so stupid. I forgot about me blessings. Charmspeak!! I got to use it.
I felt a slash in my cheek as I fell to the ground. Looking up as David was bringing his sword down, I softly and calmly spoke.
"David stop." He didn't. He came at me faster. "David! I said stop!" He brought down the sword just as I rolled.
"Charmspeak won't work on me. Ha!" Come on I've think! Think! Wind? Let's try. I stuck my hand out and moved the are around David. Twisting and pulling him in different directions. Somehow he managed to break out of it.
"Your powers won't work on me! How many times do I have to say it!" Oh think Ivy! My wand! I'm so stupid! I take my wand out and say the first thing that comes to mind.
"Wingardium Leviosa!" David started to float, he floated higher and higher. I placed him into a tallest tree and throws to think of what to do next. I ignored the shouting that came from the tree and tried to think but he was getting on my nerves.
"Shut up!" I said in charmspeak dosed with some which magic. Surprisingly he did. Ha! Take that! What do I do? I could use the winds and send him back to camp and IM Chiron. Or I could stun him, use a spell Sev taught me to petrify him and tie him to a tree and make him invisible. I sighed. I guess I have to do the first option. But I'm still going to stun and tie him up. I looked up at David, using the winds I flew up near his tree. Using the stunning spell Sev taught me, I stunned him and used another spell to tie him up. I think I'm going to write Chiron a letter instead.
Chiron,
David is trying to interfere with the quest. He tried to kill me. Again. I don't care what you do with him, as long as he stays at camp and away from me. He should wake up soon if he isn't already.
Ivy.
I folded it and placed it in one of the ropes securing David and sent the winds away. Now I have to get back to my actual quest. Or at least the one just given to us.
