Lyla POV
I woke to the sound of the bus driver's voice booming "Happy Atlanta!", so I knew we were in Georgia and had stopped.
"Did y'all ladies have a good trip?" He asked as he pulled the lever to open the door.
I was going to thank him and tell him it was good, but what I saw was breathtaking.
Georgia was more beautiful then I thought with it's green grass, sparkling flowers, and the occasional streams. Even in the middle of an urban area, you could still taste that country love.
"Thank you so much for the ride!" Jade insisted on finishing for me. He just nodded with a smile and drove away.
"Well ladies, where do we start?" I smirked and looked at the towering buildings around us.

We stepped into our new home for the next 5 days. It wasn't exactly my idea of a home, but a hotel room in a cheap town is all we could afford. Jade was still working on finding a job to pay the landlord.
"Guys! I found a job!" Jade burst through the door, panting. "It's some juice bar, called Rikki's Café."
"That's great Jade! Now we'll have enough money to live on for awhile!" Crystal clapped her hands and excitedly and hugged her.
"Yeah, thanks!" I smiled.
"I start tomorrow, so you guys will have to find something to do in the meantime."
"I'm sure we can find something to do."
Jade POV
I left the tiny hotel room to breathe some air that didn't smell of cigarettes, and get much needed groceries.
I stopped by my new work place because I saw alot of tasty, healthy food there.
"Excuse me....sir..." I was shocked to see a very attractive guy around my age.
"Can I help you?" He brushed his brown hair out of his eyes with a mischevious smile.
"Um, yes. I would like watermelon, tofu, kiwi, mango, and...shrimp." I remembered how much Lyla loved shrimp.
"No problem." He replied. I caught a glimpse of his name tag. It read 'Logan'.
"Logan." I said out loud for no apparent reason but to test it.
I grabbed the groceries and went back to Lyla and Crystal.
Lyla POV
Jade finally came back with food. I hope she got my shrimp.
"I'm back." She held out the bag. Crystal grabbed it and laid the items gently onto the counter.
"Heeaavyy..." Crystal whispered and struggled with the huge watermelon.
"Lyla help her with th-" it slipped from her hands and hit the wooden floor. We all heard a loud "Ccrrrkk" noise.
"Sorry...I guess we have to toss it." Crystal said.
"I think we can still eat it. Who wants crushed watermelon?" I smiled and took out some plates.
"At this point, I'll eat anything." Jade laughed.
