I could feel him, I could actually feel Damons touch and hear his voice and know his pressence. I don't understand what is actually happening. I knew coming back to mystic falls would sort some surprise out for me but not Damon coming back from the dead! I can't get my head round it but i'm so overwhelemed to even ask him about it. He just held me in his arms tightly, like he used to do. Feeling his lips resting on the top of my head felt like they belonged there. What's going on? Why is he back? How is he back?! I pulled myself together and stood up, damon stood up next to me. I couldn't look at him, I just couldn't. So I walked away, I didn't know where I was going, I couldn't control my sobs or my feet. Every person I walked past, Elena, Stefan, Matt, my dad, would say my name, but I just walked past. I was in shock. My feet started to pick up and I ran to my car. I drove back to my hotel and ran to my room. As soon as I shut the door, I fell to my knees, sliding down the door crying.

I woke up the next morning on the floor beside my hotel door. The whole day came back to me in a second, then I realised that I ran away from damon, with no answers, no explanations. I kind of felt bad but I just couldn't take it anymore, It was all too much for me. I grabbed my bag which my phone was in and looked at my phone. A missed call at least over 10 times from everyone, apart from Damon. Yes j still have his number in my phone, I just couldn't bring myself to delete it. I rang my dad as I had the most missed calls from him. He answered immediatly.

"Steph! Are you okay? Where did you go?"

"Sorry dad, I wasn't feeling too good, I had to get back"

"Oh right, well how you feeling now?"

"Yeah i'm feeling much better"

"Oh good, well do you fancy coming round for dinner tonight?"

"Erm yeah sure, i'll see you then"

As I sprayed my perfume on, I heard my phone ringing in the other room. I walked to where my phone was in my hotel room and noticed it was Jack ringing me. I hesitated but took a breath and answered it.

"Hey babe! Are you okay? I've been ringing you all night!"

"Of course I am, why wouldn't I be?"

"I was just checking, having a good time? I really hope so"

"Yeah a great time, I'm going to my dads soon"

"Aw good, hope I can meet him soon"

I was quite for a bit, I didn't know what to say to him, my words just couldn't come out. Why was I feeling like this?

"Anyway Steph, I'll let you go, I love you so much"

"I love you too Jack, bye"

I then hung up. I couldn't handle this, I know it's awful but Damon was constantly on my mind. There was so many questions I want to ask but I just can't do it. Do all my friends know he's back?? Why didn't they tell me? I watched a bit of TV while I waited to go to my dads, then I drove there about 2 hours later. Dad lives on Matts street and it brought back so many memories driving back round Mystic falls. When I got their, it was just me and dad, which I was happy about. We sat at the dinner table and we caught up.

"So, you have a fiance ey?" My dad mentioned.

"Erm, yeah I do, Jack"

"Oooo, so when am I meeting this Jack then, father hasn't approved of it yet" I could tell he was trying to lighten the mood, but I was bringing it down.

"Didn't need to apporve Damon did you" I said in a whisper so he didn't hear me.

"What was that princess?' I ignored him.

"Did you say something Steph?"

"Why didn't you tell me Damon was back?" I looked up at him and his eyes grew wide. Suddenly the doorbell rang and my dad stood up and answered the door. I heard a bunch of voices then saw Stefan, Elena, Matt, Caroline, and Tyler entered. We all greeted eachother and had a chat, but I wasn't feeling the great mood. All sorts was travelling through my mind.

A few hours has past and I had a few glasses of wine down me, we were all still sat around the dinner still, laughing and joking around. Then Elena started talking...

"Hows your new job then Steph?" she asked.

"It's good thanks" I watched as everyone looked at eachother.

"I couldn't believe you worked there when I saw you, it was amazing!" Caroline jumped in. I just looked up and put a fake smile, I felt like a complete bitch but so much was running through my mind. Everyone was silent for a few minutes, but picking at their food, I took the last sip o my wine then decided to speak out.

"So, who knew Damon came back to life? I mean I only found out last night" I said out loud. Everyones head shot up and looked at me.

"What?" Caroline said straight away.

"What are your talking about Steph" Matt spoke out.

"Damon is dead" Elena butt in.

"Stop lying too me!!! All of you! I saw him, he was there with me, I did not imagine this!" I shouted as I stood up, throwing my plate across the room.

"Yes you did Steph, Damon is dead" Stefan said to my face.
