5 months later:

Me and Damon are so happy right now, everything has been perfect since I could finally remember him. We live in our new house which is just amazing, I have never lived in such a big house before apart from the Savatore house. I have become really close with everyone and nothing bad has happened in these few months. No new vampires, no warewolves, no more witches. It's been nice and calm and peaceful and i've loved every minute of it. It's christmas tomorrow and every one is coming over here to eat. I'm really looking forward to it, I was here for last christmas but I was in a coma so this is kind of mine and Damons first christmas and i'm spending it with everyone including my sister. Elena has moved into the Salvatore house with Stefan and they are so happy together.

Today is Bonnies birthay and i'm taking her out for shopping and to eat, just me and her. I dont know why but that's all she wanted. I woke up to the smell of breakfast coming from downstairs. I got out of bed and put my dressing gown on, then went downstairs to find Damon only wearing his boxers. I leaned on the door frame with my arms crossed and admired what was mine.

"Like what your seeing?" He said, not turning round.

"How did you know I was here?" I asked confused. He turned around and walked towards me, he put his hands on my hips with his face inches away from mine.

"I can here your heart beating from a mile away" He put his hand on my heart then kissed my lips passionatly.

"Breakfast is ready" He smiled then pecked my lips. We sat down at the table with a bacon sandwich and fresh orange juice, I love Damons food. He cooks it just right. I put my earings in and grabbed my bag putting everything inside. I walked to Damona nd gave him a kiss and hug saying bye then went downstairs, got my car keys. I drove to Bonnies house and started our eventful day!

I'm so happy right now, happier than I have ever been. I love Steph so much and living with her in our own house has been perfect. I'm on my way to the boarding house to see Stefan who rang me early this morning saying that he needed me. I parked up and walked inside to find... nobody.

"Hello?! Anybody there?" I shouted, hearing my voice echo. Suddenly I heard clapping from somebody walking down the stairs. Then I heard a strong english accent that was feminine. I quickly turned around and saw a girl, quite tall, long blonde hair.

"Damon Salvatore" she said.

"Do I know you?" I asked.

"No you don't, but I know you" she said, crossing her arms.

"Okay, were you one of those girls I maybe had a one night stand with about 50 years ago and you came to hold it against me?" I smirked. She just laughed and looked at me.

"I'm Rebecka, Rebecka Mickalson" She put her hand out but I didn't take it. Suddenly everyone else came in. Stefan, Ric, Elena, Caroline, Tyler, Jeremey and Matt. Ric whispered in my ear that shes Klaus' sister. My mouth dropped.

"You're Klaus' sister??" I stormed up to her about to break her neck but Ric held me back and whispered 'don't'. Steph doesn't know all this but Klaus is still after her, he's sent us death threats saying that he's on his way to get Steph and take her away. But i'm keeping my promise to her, i'm gonna keep her safe as possible, no way am I letting her get hurt again. The past few weeks has been bad, things have been happening, i've killed a few people but we've kept it all from Steph. It's killing that i'm lying what i'm doing to her but it's the only way to keep her safe.
