Peter really wanted to talk to Quill about aliens and adventures but Tony basically banned the whole idea of it. They were only visiting for a little while so Peter had to sneak in fast.

However, he needed Tony gone for this to work. He could override FRIDAY to let him do whatever he wanted but he needed Tony to actually be gone to get there. His eagle eye is annoying sometimes.

It was extremely difficult to get Tony to leave but Peter had an idea. He didn't have any meetings so that wasn't an option. But, Burger King is something Tony will always leave for. Luckily, it was lunchtime so Stark would definitely be open to getting a burger that is probably terrible for his health.

"Mr. Stark," Peter walked into the lab to see Tony hovering in the air with his Ironman boots on. Peter didn't even blink at it though, Tony preferred it as his way of transportation around the tower. "I'm getting kinda hungry."

"Ok, what do you want to eat?" Tony hovered over to him and Peter pretended to think.

"Burger King."

"Sure, let's go, we'll take-"

"Actually," Peter cut him off, "I'm kind of tired, could you just go and get it?" Tony paused and fixed Peter with a concerned suspicious look. Peter tried his best to look more tired which probably wasn't too hard since he didn't sleep much last night so he already had under-eye bags.

"Fine, but don't talk to those Guardians of the... something, I forgot," Tony took the boots off and gave Peter a stern look. "FRIDAY will tell me if you talk to them." Peter rolled his eyes and nodded. Tony gave one last look to Peter before walking out of the lab, the look of suspicion still resting on his face.

Peter watched the surveillance footage to see Tony talking to Happy and both of them leave the building. As soon as the left the tower's property Peter grabbed his mask and ran upstairs to the floor the Guardians were staying on. He almost ran into Drax on his way to the public living room on their floor where they all were.

"Ah, the arachnid," Drax folded his arms. "Spider's I have met tend to have been larger with more legs."

"I'm not actually- wait, larger?" Peter questioned. Drax nodded and the others must've heard the conversation because they walked over to the hallway.

"Stark's kid, I thought you weren't allowed up here," Gamora asked, swinging a knife around. Peter's mask eyes widened but she didn't even notice.

"I'm not Stark's kid, we just work together sometimes. I also live here half the time and he acts like a parent because my dad died, my uncle and aunt took me in but my uncle died too so Mr. Stark just took on that role unexpectedly. We met when he needed me to help fight some other superheroes and then this big metal box thing was dropped on me. A building was also dropped on me-"

"Oh my goodness, you must feel such pain," Mantis held out a hand. "Can I have your hand?" Peter shrugged and let her hold his hand. She closed her eyes before they opened and she began laughing, then crying, then her eyes began to droop and the pattern returned. "I have never felt so many strong emotions before."

"He's a teen, that's what they do," Quill butt in. Mantis grabbed his hand, letting him also feel the emotions and he too began doing the same thing. Peter let go when Quill started crying and Mantis stared in shock for a second before pulling Peter into an awkward hug.

"Oh, you poor little child," Mantis cooed. Peter awkwardly returned the hug before gently pushing her away.

"I'm fine, Ms. Mantis."

"Your childhood was almost as traumatic as mine," Starlord said and Peter shrugged, not really believing his childhood was traumatic, rough sure, not traumatic.

"How old are you?" Gamora asked.

"I'm 16."

"Take the mask off," Gamora said and Peter shook his head.

"Mr. Stark says he doesn't want people to know my identity so I don't have more enemies," Peter said and Drax then proceeded to just take the mask off without Peter registering it fast enough. "Oh my gosh, please do not kill me or tell Mr. Stark."

"No, we are friends now, we won't kill you," Gamora gave a nod to Parker and he slowly uncovered his face. "Want to learn how to throw a knife?"

"Oh boy, yes!" Peter clapped excitedly.

Hello, another chapter. It hasn't been proofread and I'm realizing I'm bad at proofreading so if you see an error please point it out. This update is a little bit later than I was hoping because for the last few days I've had golf, which if you don't know tends to take a very long amount of time. I made the Varsity team as a Freshman, wow giving away my general age, so it is very important for me to focus on that. The golf season is short though, so it won't take this long usually but also starts in a few weeks so be ready for my terrible updating again. Thank you guys for reading and remember to comment and vote!
