Peter ran down the hall and tripped as his foot stuck to the floor. He pushed himself up and glanced behind him. Nothing was there. Weird things had been happening ever since he got bit by that dumb spider. He dusted himself off and continued to jog down the stairs, more carefully this time.

He ran his hand gently over the railing and suddenly he was going down again. Peter's eyes shot up to his hand that was still attached to the railing before trying to tug it away. He let out a grunt before it unstuck and he was launched into the wall with a crack. But not from his spine shattering.

He stepped back and stared in shock at the new dent in the wall. He looked around for cameras before hurrying down the stairs and to the busy streets of New York. Peter let out a huff of air, stuffed his hands in his pockets, looked down, and marched on.

He got to the park nearby and sat down at the bench carefully. Pete tried to remove his hands but once again found them stuck. As he began to panic suddenly he heard a laugh that seemed to be right in his ear. When he looked around he saw nobody until his eyes narrowed in precisely on the singular kid playing on the playground while her mom sat on her phone.

There it was again! The laugh, it timed perfectly with the facial expression and movement of the little girls face. Suddenly, as if on auto pilot, he whipped to the side as a man approached him.

It wasn't just any man, it was Tony fricking Stark.

"Oh my god," Peter whispered to himself as Tony sat down next to him. "I've been drugged."

"No, you haven't," Tony crosses his legs in a posh-like manner and let out a sigh. "Your current metabolism theoretically wouldn't let the drugs affect you."

"Uh."

"Well, Pete, it seems your in a predicament of large proportions. A spider bit you, hm? Normal, except you were in a science lab where they were altering the genetic coding of these said spiders."

"I didn't try to get bit, I have no idea what's happening to me," Pete admitted and tried once again to remove his hands.

"Kid, relax."

"I really can't."

"Why?"

"Because your Tony fricking Stark," Peter whispered a little louder than he planned and Tony just laughed lightly.

Peter tried again, this time relaxing and focusing more on what he was doing now that the panic didn't cloud his mind. He removed his hands and hovered them in the air.

"So, Spider-Boy, shall we see what you can do?"

An update. It's a chapter I wrote late at night so errors and plot holes everywhere but I'm still pretty happy with it. I have homework to do so I'll start that now. Thank you guys for reading and remember to comment and vote!
