Avengers Oneshots [Completed]

Ight imma head out

Tony stood up on a box and clapped his hands together. The Avengers and Co. all turned to look at him.

"Friends, acquaintances, and others welcome to Dodgeball!" Tony threw his arms out in exaggeration.

"Why are we doing this?" Natasha sighed even though she truly did love the game. It was more of the fact that she had work to do like the rest of the people here. Bruce shrugged at her when Tony ignored her question. Banner was sitting out to make sure he didn't hulk out or anything.

"I am Team Captain so I pick Peter," Tony pointed to the kid who's face flushed slightly and he slowly walked over. "Cap, you go." Bucky was picked of course and soon the whole room was split. On one team was Stark, Peter, Natasha, and Wanda and the other had Cap, Bucky, Clint, and Vision. Bruce was watching to make sure nobody did anything too illegal.

"If you hit my son I will kill you all," Tony warns as they line up, ready to begin. "Peter, kill them all." There are groans and teasing and Peter's left red-faced. Bruce blows a whistle and they begin. Peter's fast so he runs to the front and grabs some, throwing as many as he can back towards his side. Natasha grabbed one and began throwing them with precision at the others but they were also fast. Bruce ducked his head as a rogue ball came at him.

"Clint, you're my best friend," Natasha says and they stare at each other, occasionally dodging a random ball. "But this is war." Clint nodded slowly and threw his ball at Peter who just sidestepped behind Tony. Nat nodded back and continued the game like the small conversation didn't happen. She turned her head slightly to see the other enemies and suddenly her stomach was hit with a ball. 

Her eyes widened and she turned, following the line of the hit. Clint hit her. She was aware that this was fair but the problem was that she didn't want to lose. Someone had to get her back in. She walked to the side and watched her teammates. Tony just was dancing around to the music, dodging easily all that came at him. Peter was barely moving and instead just holding a ball ready to block. Wanda was her only chance right now.

Wanda was doing pretty good. She dodged easily and got so close to hitting the others but Nat wasn't sure about her catching skills. Nat saw Vision wind up but then throw a half-power ball that Wanda caught easily and with a frown. Natasha didn't care that it was a bad throw, she was in.

Now eyeing Clint carefully she moved to the back and waited for a ball. Clint saw she was back in and frowned. The other side now only had Bucky and Clint since the other's got their ball caught. Tony was now out and was yelling at Peter as he dodged balls being thrown rather aggressively at him from Cap. Wanda was nailed in the face by Clint and Bruce had already left and couldn't call it so she walked off.

Natasha grabbed a ball and looked up to see Buck looking at her and bringing his arm back. Peter, however, also saw this and threw it at him, but Clint saw it coming and threw one at Pete. Both got out and walked off with a huff, leaving Clint and Nat. 

"This ends now, Barton."

"May the best dodgeballer win, Romanoff," Clint tipped an imaginary hat and Natasha brought back her arm and chucked it while he was in the motion. He dodged quickly and threw his ball, grabbing another and immediately also chucking it. She moved away from the first but wasn't thinking ahead enough for the second. The ball hit her in the stomach and she frowned. Clint hit her twice that game.

"Fair game, Barton, fair game," She walked over holding her hand out for him to shake it. He took with no hesitation and Nat nodded firmly. "I'll get you back." Clint's face didn't show any sign of fear or shock but he felt some blood drain a little from his face.

Update! Yay, an update. School's crazy right now with a lot of tests coming up and, of course, HALLOWEEN! I love Halloween and basically all holidays because I like festivities. This chapter is longer so if I late update it'll be less annoying, I guess. Thank you guys for reading and remember to comment and vote!
