The Rules:
1. You must be given a pair of gloves every year from the day you turn three to the day you die.
2. You may only touch someone without your gloves on if they are your child, and they must be below the age of three.
3. If you wish to touch someone, sign up to be a Toucher. Understand that if you are a Toucher, you may never speak to another person again, unless they are a Toucher. You will be disgraced.
4. If you get hurt, go to the nearest infirmary.
5. You must pay for every child you wish to have. Each child will cost more than the last.
6. People who touch one another will be punished.
7. Obey all the rules at all times.
