The lady gave me a large nightshirt.

Enough to cover my butt and thighs. She also gave me some leggings and shorts so I had no trouble sleeping in tight cloths.

Of which the leggings I pulled up, just so in case. There were too many men in the house.

Then we walked down stairs to the hall room where the party was held and now a couple of people were clearing stuff out, taking down the ornate from window, the chandler and other decorations, through a small doorway without a door after crossing the hall we entered to the parlour.

Which was... nothing like a parlour. More like another hall room. The front portion of the room was stuffed with bean bags and sofa. Couches. A huge curved plasma TV and game controllers littered on the floor. Two dogs yapped merrily somewhere.

The back portion was booth like with, high sofa on either side of a long dinner table, that was now stuffed with food and drinks. There were no chairs or sofa placed at the ends of the table.

The rarer side of the table was occupied by two girls, talking among themselves, giggling, dressed up in their pajamas. I kept standing at the threshold. Awkwardly.

Debating between weather I should walk in and have a meal and go to bed and think about the mess in the morning or should I just make a mad dash to the front door and get myself killed but the guard that are guarding the estate like Cerberus guards underworld.

You need to calm down.
You're being too loud.
And I'm just like oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh
You need to just stop...

Fuck off, brain. I yelled mentally.

The bastard keeps playing songs at random. Asshole.

"It's so good that you kicked both of them out." One of the lady around Rosa's age was saying with a slight English accent. "Honestly, I couldn't take a second more about Aless talking to Vincent. I am so glad Antonio got called up."

"You're hormonal is what you are." Rosa chuckled. "Phones off the table." She declared.

Honestly there weren't many female around the table. Just one girl around my age. And the girl who was dancing with Vincenzo De'Marco earlier and the two elder lady. And me.

Nevertheless both the girls pouted and turned off their phones handing them to Rosa who took the device off their hands with a glare and kept them in a basket nearby.

"Come, Lucia." Rosa called, with a smile on her face, patting the sofa beside her. "Let's eat."

"She's Adam's daughter." I heard Rosa say to the lady whom she was talking to earlier.
