"Finally! I don't mean to sound greedy and all, but I want to see what Joonie got me," Hoseok whines as he struggles to drag the visibly large present next to the tree. Namjoon chuckles and shakes his head as Jin and Yoongi take their seats.

"What makes you think that one is from me? For all you know, I didn't get you anything."

Hoseok looks at him. "Babe, I know this one is from you because I saw you struggling to wrap this bitch up the other day. You're not slick."

The others laugh as Namjoon rolls his eyes and smiles. Gotta love his boyfriend. Hoseok rips off the wrapping and lo and behold reveals a large cardboard box. He giggles giddily as he claws at the tape and once he peers inside, his smile falls.

"What is it?" Hongseok asks since they're all wanting to know what made Hoseok change his expression that quickly. When he doesn't say anything, Jimin gets up and walks over to look into the box as well and he erupts in laughter.

Hoseok looks up at all of them with a stank face. "This bitch got me a lifetime supply of chicken noodle soup!"

Namjoon raises his hands in defense. "Hey, there's also sprite in there too."

"Hold on, when and how did it get here? I didn't see you with it when you guys got here?" Jungkook asks, confused.

"He dropped it off yesterday," Yoongi answers, surprised but not really at the contents of the box that they struggled to bring in. Cans of soup and Sprite were the last things he'd ever guess to be inside. Luckily they didn't drop it because otherwise, the inside of that box would've been a complete mess.

Hoseok pouts and Namjoon brings him onto to his lap, wrapping his arms around his waist. "Babe, don't worry, I got your real present at home." He winks and everyone groans in disgust.

"Ew!"
"Y'all crusty as fuck."

"Oh yes daddy," Hoseok says, knowing it would get a rise out of everyone and he is right. Jungkook and Taehyung pretend to vomit while the others start dogging on them.

"Alright guys, calm your shit," Yoongi attempts to grab everyone's attention. "Let's finish opening presents so I can go to sleep."

"Oh, well you can leave now then. There's no need for us to rush just for you," Jungkook says before taking a sip of his wine. Jin looks at Jungkook sternly.

"Kook, be nice please."

"No, he's right," Yoongi sighs and he gets up from the couch. "Goodnight everyone."

As Yoongi walks away from the group and out of the living room, Jin raises his eyebrow at Jungkook and crosses his arms, causing Kook to rub his thigh lovingly.

"Come on, it's true though, don't be upset."

"Well there's always a better way to go about things."

"Yea. Don't forget Kook, he's also your older brother," Hongseok adds in before Jin gets up and ignores the rest of the conversation. He hurries to catch up to Yoongi and reaches him just outside his bedroom door.

"Yoongi, I'm sorry, about Jungkook," Jin speaks up softly, just enough for Yoongi to hear him and stop in his tracks. He sighs and turns around, pursing his lips quickly as he stares at an apologetic Jin.

"Don't be. I understand not everyone is fond of me, so it's probably for the best if I stay out of the way. After all, it's a joyful holiday. There's no need for me to hang around and ruin it all."

Jin's heart sinks at Yoongi's words, not really knowing how to make him feel better since he's one tough person to convince. He could give a whole speech about how he's wrong and that he's doing better, but it'd most likely go in one ear and out the other.

He's helped Yoongi slowly come out of his shell, but he hasn't been able to help his self esteem one bit. Yoongi's constantly beating himself up about a lot of stuff, from how he used to treat him and everyone to just things he hates about himself. It's truly sad.

After a few moments of silence, Yoongi feels like the short conversation is over and as he opens his door, a small hand softly grabs his own. He doesn't look back as Jin says, "I've helped you open up, now I want to help you love yourself."

His face begins to burn up and before he can think of how to respond, Jin hurries back to the others, where they're all waiting patiently for him. He gulps the lump that's stuck in his throat and he whispers to no one, "Thank you."
