Katie's pov
The weekend went fast which I hated and enjoyed at the same time I walked into the school gates I didn't want to see Ryan at all I saw him with Ben and Liam which I was happy about I made friends with Jessica and the others which I was happy about Jessica walked up to me
Jessica: hey
Katie: hey
Jessica: so what happened between you and Ryan
Katie: nothing
Jessica: well he's coming this way
I looked and saw him walking this way
Jessica: you don't want to talk to him
I shook my head and she went over to him
Jessica: hey Ryan
He just looked at her and I walked away
Jessica: you know what never mind
Ryes pov
I just wanted to talk to her
Tom: drop her mate come hang with us we can put everything behind us
I nodded and looked in the direction she headed and shook my head and walked with the boys
(Tutor)
The boys asked me to sit with them in tutor and obviously I said yeah but they were just bad mouthing Katie and I didn't want to hear it so I went and sat at the front not near Katie though I just put my head down and waited until miss said it was time for assembly we got into line and I stood next to Ruth and Julie
Julie: why aren't you speaking to Katie
Rye: because she doesn't want to speak to me
Julie: why
Rye: because her parents said I was better than her and that she wasn't good enough and I was so she decided that she didn't want to talk to me I guess it's my fault
Julie: don't say it's your fault her parents have never been supportive of her
I sighed and looked down
Rye: I just want my bestfriend back
She frowned
Julie: you will
We then headed to assembly I didn't listen at all When assembly finished I got my bag and headed to drama I saw Katie talking to Jessica so I pulled her aside
Katie: what do you want
Rye: why are hanging out with her
Katie: because we made friends again Ryan
Ryan: have you not processed what she has done to you the last month and a bit
She nodded
Katie: yeah and I forgave her
I rolled my eyes
Rye: don't come crying to me when she lets you down
I said and walked away from her I was really angry and upset but at this point it's her life and she can ruin it herself
Katie's pov
Ben: maybe you should listen to Rye
I looked at Ben
Katie: Ben don't
Ben: I'm just saying he wants what's best for you
