Katie's pov
He was sleeping on my lap still shaking
Lily: Katie
I looked up
Lily: I'm sorry you had to see this
I shook my head
Katie: it's fine but I feel like he's been holding it all in for a while now
She nods
Lily: he's a closed book he rarely tells anyone his emotions he hides it away
I nod looking down at my boyfriend
Lily: so you and Rye
Katie: he's my boyfriend now
She smiles
Lily: I'm glad
Rye started stirring I looked down and saw him looking at me
Katie: hey
He sat up and looked around seeing all the mess everyone was cleaning he stood up and grabbed the picture frame that had a picture of me and him the night of the talent show he looked at the painting I did for him and it broke he then looked at his hand to see it all cut up he then looked at me so he could mend my broken heart
Rye: I'm going to be sick
He ran to his bathroom and threw up I winced at the sound but didn't hesitate to comfort him I've never seen him like this but it looks like this may happen more
Katie: it's alright
I rubbed his back he stood up and flushed the toilet and brushed his teeth he then cane and hugged me
Rye: I'm sorry I'm so sorry
Katie: Rye it's fine honestly
Rye: no I broke the picture frame and I broke your painting
Katie: Ryan I said it's fine I can paint it again and I can get another picture frame it's fine
He sighed
Rye: I'm sorry if I scared you
I smiled and led him back to his room where everything was tidy he sighed and lily walked into the room but rye didn't notice
Rye: I've let everyone down my mum hates me and I won't be mad if you break up with me I'll probably have to move to New Zealand with my auntie it will be better for everyone
A tear slipped down my face
Katie: Ryan I don't want to break up with you don't think like that
Lily:rye
He looked up
Rye: I'll move out
Lily: no Ryan I don't want you to move I love you so much you're my son we will take you to a therapist ok we can get through whatever you're going through together ok
He nods and lays down
Rye: how's Shaun
Lily: getting worse
Robbie walked in
Robbie: what's wrong with Shaun
Rye sat up

Lily: Shaun went to the hospital they've found something on his brain

Katie: I should go
I stood up but rye pulled me back

Rye: she was there when dad told me

Robbie: so why did you not tell me
He shouted making me flinch

He said laying down but Robbie wasn't having it he grabbed Rye and pushed him off the bed
