Katie's pov
It's been about a week we haven't gone to school and I'm still staying at Rye's speaking of Rye he seems out of it always staring into space I heard a crash downstairs I ran down to see Rye picking up broken glass
Katie: you ok
He nodded and smiled slightly he took the broken glass to the bin and put it in then stood staring at it for a while
Katie: Rye...Ryan
Rye's dad walked in
(A/n don't know what Rye's dad is called we will call him Dave)
Dave: everything ok
Rye then suddenly fell back he was shaking and twitching Robbie ran in I didn't know what to do Dave and Robbie was helping him lily and the twins walked in
Lily: oh my gosh
I was frozen rye calmed down I turned to the twins
Katie: it's alright now little ones
Robbie: no thanks to you
Katie: I'm sorry I don't understand
Robbie: you just stood there and watched
Katie: I didn't know what to do
Robbie: that's because you're stupid Rye doesn't need you in his life if this is what you're going to do
I wasn't having it so I ran upstairs and ran to rye's room I started picking up my clothes from the nights I stayed I got distracted by the view outside I didn't realise I was stood there for about 3 hours I heard the door open I knew it was rye when he stood next to me
Katie: are you ok now
Rye: yeah
I nod looking out the window
Katie: you scared me
Rye: I'm sorry
Katie:Rye
Rye: you don't need to say anything I know what Robbie said
I nod and let a tear slip
Katie: he's right
Rye: no he's not you shouldn't listen to him
Katie: I listen to him because he's your brother and he wants the best for you
Rye: he doesn't know that you're the best for me
I shook my head
Katie: there are so many girls in this world you could have
Rye: yet I chose you because you mean everything to me
I looked at him and he looked at me
Katie: do you mean that
Rye: from the deepest depths of my heart
I smiled slightly and hugged him tight he hugged back
Rye: are you going home
I'm guessing he saw my bag
Katie: I was planning on it I didn't feel welcome anymore
Rye: I don't want you to go home I need you here
I nod and we both lay down and go to sleep
