You are the wildest thing that's happened to me

And I'm still trying to process what you mean to me

Because you were never mean to me

And you were never displeasing to me

You were only ever pleasing me

Never deceiving me

Only believing me

And I knew who you were right off the bat

I saw what was hiding beneath those hats

You're just a lost soul

But I am too

And together I know we grew

What we had I know was true

And fair

You even took me to the fair

And you were never mad when I left it at there

My time was all I shared

I couldn't give you my affection

Still you gave me your affection

I swear in you I learned a lesson

And that is that I am not okay

And I'm learning that that's okay

I'm learning that there's more to me

I'm learning that I actually have a story

And that it is entirely my story

Not your story not her story it's my story

And it's going down in history

Damn how it was amiss to me

You did this for me

I did this for me

I'm thankful for we

And I will never forget you

For you gave me love when I needed it most

And I hope you never forget me

Like I end up forgetting most
