Never will I wish you the ill will
I'll only ever wish you the will to move on and onward
You move everywhere but forward
And I'm sorry if I'm too forward
All I have to give is my words
I have to open up this can of worms
I can't stay sitting here in the dirt
We're supposed to get rain soon and dirt turns to mud
Everything at once I know it feels like a flood
Know that you're surrounded by love as pure as a dove
You're loved ones you don't always have to shove
Not everyone will die on you
And not everyone will lie to you
Or say bye to you
But if they say bye to you then there's nothing you can do but be grateful for the time that you had
Cus time is all we have
And money is all we grab
Ya that was a jab
I got you with that left, right, hook
They never expect it till they're left feeling shook
I'd grab you by the shoulders and shake you if you'd let me
But that'll never happen you haven't even met me
You can bet on me
I'm still going to leave
But aren't we all?
I promise it's ok to fall
But it's not ok to end it all
I swear it's like I'm talking to a wall
I let you in still my phone you never call
And I told you don't have to call
And that's still true
I really can't tell you what you can and can't do
Call or don't call it won't make me blue
Images of my life I drew for you
And for me
I stay growing like a weed
Strong and resilient I bounce back every time
For now I smoke weed just to pass the time
And I know that I can't rewind the hands of time
But I can hold onto the sweet moments in the present
You found a present in his presence
And in his presence you found a sense of yourself
In his presence I know you found wealth
Which makes you richer than most
No that ain't no joke
He left a lasting impression
Look at that as a lesson
He gave you hope
You are richer than most
Don't give up hope
He'd want you to keep yourself afloat
You don't have to just float
You can feel
You can deal
You can heal
Eat these words like a meal
Grab ahold of the wheel
And drive passed that parking lot
Even when it feels like a lot
Peep the view out here passed the air that's unclear and the sad music in your ear
There's more to life than just living in fear
