The quickest way to fail is by telling yourself you can't. The mind quits before the body does so the second you tell yourself you can't, you failed. If you tell yourself you can't pass your math test, you won't. If you tell yourself you won't break the school record, you won't. If you tell yourself you aren't strong enough, then you won't be. Life is a mental battle of constantly telling ourselves we can't and that we won't and when we can't or we don't, we get upset at ourselves. If you want to succeed, start telling yourself you can and you will. If you change your mindset, your attitude, the way you prepare and train, you will see drastic results in life. You will start seeing yourself win those battles and become everything you dream of being. The finish line will feel like it's a hundred miles away, but take every mile one step at a time and you will find yourself there, then when you look back you will see how your hard work paved the path to get you where you are. Why can't you be the fastest football player? Why can't you be the most successful CEO? Why can't you buy your dream car? Push yourself and climb your mountains. Be proud and humble about what you accomplish, but never settle for what you've accomplished. Keep pushing yourself to be what you want to be, but better then you ever imagined. Your mind will tell you that you can't do it. Your mind will tell you that you succeeded. Your mind will tell you to take a day off because you accomplished something. But that's not how you continue to grow. What you did yesterday is in the past and no longer important. The future is just a distraction that will make you overwhelmed and make you want to quit. But today is a fresh day for you to go and accomplish something new, to continue getting to where you want to. Let other people's negativity and judgement towards you, motivate you to be better. Take what they say towards you, and soak it in, let it get to you mentally so you can take it and use it to push yourself so you can prove everyone wrong. Never let others dictate the path you're on towards personal success because the only person that can derail you from your goals and stop you from growing, is yourself.
