Shortly after Donatello finished speaking with Roan, I went outside to find anyone else that I could chat with while my mutant friend rested in the tent for the first time. I'm so glad Don is refueling his battery...

The pitter-patter of children rushed by as they played with their toys and yelled out nonsense. I sighed and looked across the street at the other tents to see Raph, Leo, and Mikey minding their own business, getting situated with whatever they were doing.

It was almost the lunch hour so I figured I would go get food now. I could smell the ranch dressing, the fried chicken, and a few helpings of fruit on the side. The sweet and delicious smell of the food made my mouth water and my stomach growl wildly. I hope some people didn't hear it... I followed the scent all the way past the health triage.

I didn't mind the slight drag and uneven step I had in my walk-- walking in an uneven way was literally normal to me at this point. But it was not really normal for me to see April O'Neil in my sight... In the reaction of seeing her, I rolled my eyes. The last time we spoke, she was just being an utter bitch to me. I tried avoiding her but she caught up to me. "Osa." She says.

I groaned. "If you're gonna give me a sh*t talk, get lost," I said to her. "What you said to me earlier was all bullish*t." I tried to walk by her, but she stopped me.

"I want to apologize!" April blurted, then calmed down right away.

"You're apologizing?" I asked, crossing my arms.

April nodded. "Yes. What I said earlier wasn't kind of me. And you're right; I don't know what you and everybody else went through. So, I came to say sorry, and maybe I can make it up to you."

Now that didn't sound weird at all. For some reason, I think it is weird for someone to apologize for some harsh words and then wants to make it up to me. Why does she want to make it up to me? What could April offer me? She literally almost lost people to starvation. From what I see, she's a faulty leader. "Make it up to me?" I asked her. Where is she going with this?

April smiled and brought me to the side of the street where it was less crowded. With her hand on my shoulder, she said, "I really want to offer you a job. A very important one."

"A job?" I narrowed my eyes at her. "I just got here."

"I know, I know. But everything I told you earlier this morning is kind of true; the turtle brothers are changing and that could mean you might lose them as your friends. And you really want to keep them, right?" She faced me toward the tents, showing me all four brothers standing together as a family again.

"Well, of course," I answered. This seems a little suspicious... but I'll bite.

Osa left Donatello and Roan in the tent earlier to let them discuss Sam and the war. She felt like there was no point in staying with the conversation if Donnie was the one being spoken to the most. What Osa didn't know is that she left at a time when information was important. So now she is being fed false info by April at this very second without knowing it.

"Well, of course," Osa said. "I'm not so sure about your offer. But just so you know, I'm very distrusting toward you at the moment."

"I understand," April said, turning her back to Osa so she can start walking away. "But it is your choice." She took a few steps forward out into the street. "Either you take the job and keep the brothers satisfied. Or, you can refuse the offer and let it all sink in that they might reconsider you as their friend. Know what I mean?"
