As the group members prepared for bed, Osa couldn't keep her thoughts settled. There way too much on ther mind right now. Osa replayed old memories that occurred before the war.
She can remember Roan speaking of fighting was the only way out of Sam and regain freedom. That was true. It came true.
And when those thoughts of her killing that girl a whileback struck her memory, Osa didn't want to believe that she's a killer. But that behavior saved her life and many others. Of course, she isnt proud of herself for taking lives, but sometimes, the hard way is the correct way.
Osa remembers Leo talking about how Sam just totally coward and lost his battle. It's still a great relief to know that Sam is dead and won't be returning to threaten any souls.
Soon, the shapeshifter blinked out of the bad memories and stories and chose to focus on the good. And since Donnie told her to be more optimistic, She will do so...Well, do her absolute best.
Before she went to sleep, Osa imagined people laughing in some kind of greenery area, not having to worry about the dangers anymore and actually growing food. The kids all grown up and enjoying small gatherings in their new home, playing music, games, getting into trouble, just loving life after a few years of living in their home. It was an actual life she could see happening if things go according to plan.
After being optimistic about the near future, Osa sunk into her head until the morning.

n the morning, the entire group shared a great meal of three dozen rabbits and squirrels and some canned food. A few mutants went out to go hunt and cooked most of the meat for the people who were hungry.
Most people were up, but not Donnie. Once he had realized that he and his girlfriend slept in, he rubbed his tired eyes. Before he wokeher up, Don found this as an opportunity. Quickly, he dug through his pack to get the polaroid camera he found recently.
Donnie carefully steadied the camera in his hands, looking through the little window and pressed the 'capture' button. The camera lens shutters, sending a flash into his mate's eyes, and the photo spat out. Osa blinked and groaned when she saw what Donnie did. "Really?"
"Yes, really." Don flapped the blank photo until it showed up. He held it up to his eyes and he smirked. "What a beautiful sight." He showed her the photo.
Osa snatched the photo from Donnie's finger tips and views her face in the polaroid picture. In her honest opinion about herself, Osa thought she looked terrible while she slept. "Gross," She says, shoving it in Don's plastron. "Get rid of that."
"Not happening." Says Donnie, putting away the camera and the photo Of Osa. "Breakfast is outside."
"I can smell it." She replied, fixing her bedhead and putting her glasses on.
The couple walks out of the house to get a great view of mutants and a small number of humans eating rabbit and squirrel meat. They were all chatting, laughing, and staying on full alert about infected.
Leonardo is the first to approach Osa and Don. "Good morning, you two." He smiled at them.
"Hey," Osa says, walking on the front lawn of the house with Donnie. "Smells good."
"Yeah, I went out with a few mutants early this morning and got a ton of rabbits and squirrels." Leo said. Then he sighed. "But we got some bad news."
"What now?" Don asked, obviously concerned.
