𝙰𝚞𝚐𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝟷𝟹𝚝𝚑, 𝟸𝟶𝟷𝟽I never experienced Donnie doing that kind of behavior last night; the way he conversed with himself and the Rep inside him. He's got multiple personality disorder... I never thought that he out of the brothers or anyone I have met would get this mental illness. I watch him sleep in his cot, squirming and making facial expressions during his sleep. I remember when he was so innocent, friendly, and calm. Now, he's battling twenty-four-seven with his other personality.
What hurts me is that it can't be cured. I hope maybe at some point he might grow away from it if he isn't exposed to so much chaos.
I've missed Donnie so much... The last time I saw him was when he didn't have these dark problems. When he didn't create Rep. He had so much faith in our lives and looked forward to the positive side of things. Looking at him in this trapped mental issue just kills me. If I could, I would take it away from him and have those issues so he doesn't have to suffer. My eyes burned when I felt his pain. Tears fell silently once I blinked once. I sniffed and cleaned off my glasses so I could see clearer. "Don, I am so sorry," I said while he was still asleep.
Before I left to go see April about my new job, I stroked my hand across Donnie's single hand as I left the tent.
"Hey, Osa!" A female called with two others by her side. I grinned when I recognized them.
"Faith, Clem, and Regan. You're a sight for sore eyes!" I said, walking toward them. The three girls hugged me all at once and gave me my space.
"How's it been? You've been gone for what feels like years!" Clem exclaimed.
I agreed with her. "It's kind of a long story. One that will have to wait."
Then Faith speaks. "I heard Donnie is alive. That true?"
"Of course, but he isn't in the best mood right now. He's not fully there..." Iused my index finger to point to my head so the girls could understand what I meant. They nodded in understanding.
"Oh, no," Regan said. "He's gone insane?" She whispered, feeling bad about her choice of words. Well, there really is no way to sugarcoat something like this.
I shrugged and gave a so-so gesture. "He's just mentally sick, guys. I'm trying to help him the best I can."
The girls were happy to see I was still breathing and glad to know Donnie is still around. Before I left the conversation, I told them to steer clear of Donnie for now because he is getting used to everything.. of course, his disorder is to be taken seriously. It'll be best if Don approached them and he wasn't startled by their surprise visits. Faith, Clem, and Regan understood and went on about their day.
Anyway, coming back to my time here in the community, I found April near the front gates.
"Morning, Osa," April said as I ran up to her.
"Hey, where do I start?" I asked.
April chuckled, setting a hand on my shoulder. "You're so eager." She walks to the front gates and explains to me about supply runs. "I-- We need a lot of supplies. As much as you can get."
"Supplies," I repeat my target, thinking about what kind I should get.
"Anything you can get your hands on," April said. "Food, clothes, weapons, ammo, even furniture, and vehicles."
"Why furniture and vehicles?" I looked at her strangely.
"It's best if you didn't know. And don't let anyone know about this" She said. "Go out today and find what you can and bring it back here. Got it?"
