Is it possible? I feel like I need to get into a company really soon. Some people train for years until they debut and some people train for years and never debut. Being an idol is a real gamble but I'm really willing to risk everything for it.
Tbh I really don't know what I'll do if I don't become an idol. Maybe a pastry chef? A designer? Hmm... 🤔 Yep, still want to be a kpop idol. I've always wanted to debut in a group for as long as I can remember going wayyy back to like 2010. Okay, only 9 years ago, but almost a decade!
Fast weight loss may not be healthy, but tbh I'm not a very healthy person anyways lol.
School is starting soon too 😱 so let's see how this goes.Okay so on the start... my plan is to fast for as long as possible. During the summer, I've had time to experiment and see how well some diets work on me. I've tried different types of fasts and different types of diets.
Yeah, I'm still a beginner but is okay right...? I read somewhere that using your own body fats as energy actually help you focus better so I'm high key hoping this help me get better grades and study more well. I also read that the reason for light headed ness is from not having enough salt or something like that, so I'll try drinking mineral water and plain black tea to help me cope with the symptoms I guess.
It's almost 00:00 for me right now and I started my fast at 23:25. Tomorrow I'm gonna be helping out pick up trash at a local fair and I feel like since I'm gonna be at a fair, I'm bound to eat something lol. High in caloriessss, but picking up trash burn calories so I'll be fine right? Lol, let's just see.
If I reach my goal before 2020, I'll expose my face, hb that? Not that anyone cares but yeah. Okay, I'm gonna shower and hopefully not stay up all night because I have to wake up early to get the the fair. Was that tmi? Sorry 🙏😓 I'm off now!
