Summer is over half way done and I- 😵😵😵💀

My birthday is coming up soon at the end of August and I figured yk it's my birthday right??? I want to look good on my birthday! So I was thinking, my goal is to be 115 pounds by my birthday. I really think that's possible yk? I weight myself once every like week or so and I'm on average 126lbs and I don't think it's impossible for me to lose 10 pounds in a month right? I did the math and if I loose 2.5 pounds every week I should be able to reach my goal and yk it's not smth like ohhhh I'm gonna drop 5 pounds in a week and reach my goal really fast in 3 weeks.

115 pounds isn't my ideal weight but I REALLY want to have a glow up before school starts!!! Everyone well not everyone but the people who are having glow ups on like TikTok and stuff always make me feel bad about myself and make me wonder why I don't work hard to loose weight and take care of my body. My ideal weight would be like 85-95 pounds. Maybe 100. I'm like 5'1 y'all I wanna be a petit little Asian girl! Like kinda 😅

I want to be like skinny thicc but like ik I'll never get a booty lmao 😭😭 so like I'll try to get a little butt lmao at least more of a butt than I have rn! I don't want to be a stick but at the same time yes. I want to be skinny and scrawny cute but like I also wanna be a bad bitch kind of thicc yk??? This is hard 😓
Anyways that's all I really wanted to say is that I have a goal in mind and my plan is probably to like fast for 48 hours then have a meal and fast again. I'm like scared that that's won't do anything though😭

For the past month or so I've been fasting a 16:8 fast and a 24 hour fast and have one meal a day and like it's not doing anything literally. My waist is 28.5 inches when I fast and I strive to have at least a 26.5 waist 😭😭
