I got 3 minutes into the video before I decided I wasn't going to fall asleep watching this because it's soo interesting lol. Cooking tree is a really good ASMR channel by the way.

Well well well... So how was today? Hmm... you could say meh. It's wasn't bad but yeah.
For breakfast I had some water and throughout the school day I drank 2 cups of plain black tea. I got home and ate an early  dinner of...

- 3 bread slices - 210 calories
- 1 slice of deli turkey - 25 calories?
- about 3 Tbsp peanut butter - 300 calories
- 3 coconut macarons - 300 calories
- black tea - 0 calories
- some left over frozen yogurt - 75 calories
- 7 Nilla cookies - 140 calories
Total: 1,015 calories

And I ooooooop. Dang I really just ate over 1,000 calories in a single sitting in the short time span of 15 minutes 😵😵😵

Im gonna try to finish my homework since I just ate and food should make me smarter right??? Then I'll dance for a bit to burn off the calories. I went to sleep at 2am last night and got up at like 06:30 so I'm literally running off of 4 hours of sleep, give me a break 😓

But can I be honest here, wtf? My stomach if soo fullll I feel like I'm gonna explode from everything I just ate. Think about it... Bread is "dry" and takes up a lot of space in your stomach. Plus it soaks up liquids, so I guess it kind of makes sense that my stomach hurts?

School is a stress but I still have a lot of time on my hands. I just have to learn how to manage it better now. I got home at like 15:10 and I want to sleep at around 10 or 11 pm. So estimating that homework will take me an hour to two hours everyday, I have a good amount of free time. I need to take a nap though 😴 I was falling to sleep today in class during a video and we had to take notes 📝 From now on, better time management!!!

I find myself stressed over keeping up with updates theses days so I need to unfollowing a lottt of people on insta. I follow almost 500 people. Too many. At least too many for me. I need more memes in my life lol. Okay, well I guess I'll start my fast when a new hour starts and this time I'll try to fast for maybe over 24 hours? Ugh I'm soo tired. I'll be off now!


*I literally did this to myself lol. I made myself go to sleep at 2am and I accidentally set my alarm an hour earlier than I needed to so i woke up an hour too early and couldn't fall back asleep so I just coped with it and an hour less of sleep 🤪

Ps. Then I went and ate 2 more slices of deli turkey (it's really good okay)
