Literally all sugar - my linner - lunch dinner

Hey hey! How's it been? Getting straight to business, life's been okay. My diet see,s to being going somewhat successful. I've lost some weight so that's good. The only thing is, when I break my fast, I eat really unhealthy food. Oops 🙊 An all sugar diet! I can't help it lol. I really like sweets.

I fasted for around 61 hours and lost 4 pounds. I was expecting to gain wait the next day after I ate because I literally ate ice cream and other sweets. I did exercise but only for a bit. Then I weighed myself again today snooker to see that I lost another pound 🤭 so then I went and ate food. Oops. I ended up eating a bunch of cheesecake and more ice cream along with some mixed peanuts and some naked juice. A total of almost 1,500 calories in a serving. Damn.

I'm gonna try fasting for a week now. After continuously fasting do a few days at a time, I feel ready for a week of fasting. I wasn't really ever hungry when on my fast. I was actually really okay so that's good.

I've been ruining my fasts during food class because of the food lol. News update! My cooking team is now closer with each other~ Dead tall man is now not as dead and things seem well. I really need to stop going to sleep at 03:00 someone help me! Okay, I'm the reason for this so I blame me, myself and I.

I'm soo tired I want to take a nap because I got a little over 3 hours of sleep last night and I really need sleep. My eyes are closing as I type this.

Okay, I'll do some ab exercises then take a nap for a bit. I'll update soon too! I want to get a job so I need to keep an eye open for that and uh, yeah! Okay, be well while I'm away lol. I'm off now 👋
