For the last few days I've been able to fast for over 20 hours but I feel as if it's not enough. Because when I break my fast it's usually late at night so when I eat I don't have enough time to digest my food and stuff before I sleep so I get more fat?

Hmm... Today I weighed myself and I lost a bit of weight but I just ate a reallyyyy biggg dinerrrr so... Guess I'm gaining it all back tomorrow. Maybe I should do a little work out before sleeping. Just a little one.
