Sorry if me stress ranting about Justin is getting annoying, but this is basically what this story is gonna be.
So, our band has this section-leader-enforced rule that basically is a punishment form for not showing up on time, and/or forgetting music and/or drill chart. You guessed it, pushups! Lots, and lots of pushups. There is a set amount for any offense.
Anyways, Justin NEVER shows up on time to morning practices, and one morning it was starting to get on Hayley's nerves. She was showing him mercy, for whatever reason, until that fateful day. She just randomly stopped talking to me, and went over to him and was like "Justin, why were you late today?"
He was like "Well, my ******* parents didn't wake me up and remind me to go!"
She just rolled her eyes and said "Well, did you bring your music?"
"No, I don't remember where my dumb sister put it"
She pulled out her phone, and started calculating something.
"Justin, you owe me 63.25 pushups, NOW!"
I expected him to throw a hissy fit, and have to have Mr. J send him inside or something, but he just stood there, like he didn't even hear her. Everyone tried to tell him "Justin, you have to do it, she's a Section Leader, you know" but he just wouldn't listen. Eventually, he did 15 "Pushups" with much complaining and back talk.
