So, I have decided to change the title of this story from a generic "High School Marching Band Stories" to "Respect the Plume". First of all, because it's more catchy. Second of all, because people need to respect marching band. Just because society doesn't classify it as a sport (even though it really is), doesn't mean we shouldn't get recognized. So, to all of you non-band, and even band members, RESPECT THE PLUME!
