So, one morning Mr. J made us do our slide drill over and over because our shoulders weren't square enough. (for those of you who don't know, a slide is when your shoulders stay square to the sideline, but your feet are pointed the direction you are walking) Anyways, he made us put down our instruments on the sideline, and put our hands straight in front of us, so it was really obvious if our shoulders weren't square. Well, a few saxophone players started complaining about it, so Mr. J told everybody to put their arms straight out. (Basically a t-pose XD) The pit percussion just sat there and laughed at us.
