***River's POV***
May. It was May 29th. I was due in a month. I was huge, I was moody, and most of all, I was hungry all the time. I swear Shawn and Alessia both didn't have enough hot sauce combined to keep me filled up for a day.
Today we were thankfully in LA. They had a show tonight, but not before we were all going to my doctors appoint to check up on the baby.
"River. Come on back" The tech says. Alessia, Shawn, and I walked back. I knew the drill well enough by now to know what to do. "Well, your babygirl is looking good. She seems pretty comfortable".
"Any chance I can ter her out now?" I ask jokingly.
"Well, I wouldn't advise it" She says smiling.
"I'm so ready for her" I say.
"She could come a bit earlier" She says. That made me happy.
"I'm just excited to meet her" I say. She nods. Shawn always looked at the monitor with so much love, and Alessia never failed to get all teary eyed.
"The time is going to pass so soon" She says finishing up my exam.
"Thanks" I say smiling before I walk out of the room. I was just counting down the days until I got to see my baby girl. She was already my whole world, Shawn's, and Alessia's. I couldn't wait to call us a family.
