Part 22

Harry POV

After nine months of touring around the world for a concert I'm finally back in London.

I tried to call Paige so many times but being the coward that I am, I didn't. I wonder how is she, had she finally decided. I know she's mad at me and I need to see her, to explain why I was gone. I went to their place, nervous not knowing what to expect.

I heard someone opening the door and when it opened I see Paige. Being away for a long time makes me want to pull her close to me but her eyes says its not a good idea.

"Who's that angel?" a voice said behind her. What did he call Paige? What is he doing her? Trevor wraps his arms around Paige possessively, making me aware I've lost the battle and they're back together.

"Long time no see Styles" Trevor said. Fuck, this is the last thing I expected to see tonight. I wanted to step back and run as far away from them but my feet seems to be numb. Paige said nothing, her eyes on the ground. I'm not sure how to react, I just wanted to disappear.

"Come in." Bastard. One more word and I'd cut his tongue out. I'm waiting for her to say something, to tell me that what I'm seeing is a big mistake. I know she doesn't owe me an explanation coz I don't own her. I wish I do but she's in Trevor's arm and I'm sure he won't give her up without putting up a fight.

"Won't you join us for dinner?" Paige finally said. Fuck, is she playing me?

"I think its a good idea" Trevor said. Dinner is the last thing I'd want to do with them but I'm Harry Styles and I'm not letting anyone step on me like that, even Paige.

"Sure" I say accepting the challenge. I can see they're not expecting me to actually say yes. Watch your girlfriend asshole, you have her now but we know she'll come running back to me, I say to myself. I sat across them, when my knees brush hers I can feel the spark thats usually there, I know Paige can feel it too.

"Where have you been Styles?" Trevor said breaking the silence.

"Touring"

"That explains why you're not around."

"Well, I can see you've been enjoying my absence."

"Won't lie"

"Didn't know a lot has changed since I left" I say looking at Paige. She looks away, she's guilty I can tell.

"I guess you finally got what you want Riley"

"What do you mean?" Trevor said. Of course he knows precisely what I mean.

"You've been waiting for this time all your life and finally made your move when I'm away, I guess it all paid off"

"Stop it Harry" Paige said. I know what will happen next and I can't wait to smash his face.

"You know it Paige, I thought you're better than this." I'm so mad, my bloods heating up.

"He lied to you before, he cheated!" Tears are falling from her eyes.

"Its good you bring it up Styles" Trevor said. "I did not cheat on you Paige, well not intentionally. It was a set up." The fucking asshole said.

"What are you talking about?" Paige asks. This asshole really thinks its his way of putting me out of this. I know Piage would kill me but I did that for her.

"First of all it was not a set up, if you really love her you wouldn't even dare look  at other girls, but you were easy, too fucking easy " I snap. Trevor tensed. I manipulated the situation but he took the bait.

"Fuck you Styles!" he growled.

"You paid that shit!" He fisted my shirt.

"Good, show Paige what you really are" I hissed

"Trevor sit down"

"Go on Riley, you can't fool me. I know you're the same piece of shit"

"Harry stop!" Paige shouted. I know she wants me to explain things, she'll hate me for this.

"Trixie, that girl you saw with Trevor was my friend. I was so jealous of him near you, but you were so inlove with him. You're all over him, like I didn't exist. Do you know how does it make me feel? I was desperate Paige. I dared her to sleep with him and she was game. The first time it happened.."

"What do you mean the first time?" Paige interrupted.

"Leave Styles!"

"You wanted me to storytell didn't you?"

"Go on" Paige said to me

"The first time, I couldn't believe it coz you're all praises for him, of how good he is, so I asked Trixie again to do the same thing but this time with pictures as proof, and thats what you saw. They tried to hide it from you. Trevor paid her to delete it but I sent it to you"

"You what?"

"I want you to know, to show you he's not worth it"

"How could you? You know I was close to dying when I found out." Paige is furious. I move close to her but she steps away.

"Paige I want you to understand that I did that for you"

"How can you say its for me? You know it broke me Harry, I trusted you. I thought you didn't know any of this, I even asked you a million times but you chose to lie to me"

"Paige, its not like that. Please hear me out"

"I gave you everything Harry. God, my world revolves around you hoping someday, one day you'll realize you want me too."

"I want you babe, more than anything"

"You want me to believe that? I told you to stay away from me but you beg for another chance and as stupid as I am, I gave you one. I know I'm nothing compared to the girls who would die just to have your attention but I showed you I care, that you're important to me but everytime I do it I'm constantly reminded that I'm never enough, that I'm just this stupid girl you could control."

"Thats not true Paige...."

"Well, guess what Harry I'm sorry to tell you but this won't work anymore coz you no longer own me. Trevor and I are gonna get married" Paige blurted showing me a fucking ring.

"You fucking kidding me right?"

"Just leave Harry"

I couldn't believe it, she's getting married. The girl of my dreams gone, gone forever. I decided to go to a bar, a drink will help me get through this. I don't give a shit who will see me, I don't care anymore. I'd gladly choose death than to feel this pain.
