The title is self-explanatory, but I'm sorry for the past viewers who didn't understand my rules.
Rule #1: Got to be a webtoon I have read to completion (fast pass notwithstanding cause I don't want to be broke). If it is a new one, it has to be at least over 30 chapters long.
Rule#2: The entire point of the spotlight is to shine a light on webtoons as they get more popular. Which means all webtoons. If you only want to read this so that you can see if your most popular one made it on the list, then you're going to be wrong or wait a while.
Rule#3: I'll try my best to avoid giving spoilers and specific events from the story.
Rule#4: I'm limiting the main characters to 3 and 4 depending on the style of the webtoon; some of these casts are gigantic.
Rule#5: I will do multiple spotlights on the same webtoon to talk about certain things.
Rule#6: This is a story that is more my opinion, so please be patient with certain spotlights and don't constantly pressure me for requests since I'm busy enough as it is. But on the flip side, I also have been on the site for well over four years at the time of this chapter, so I do not lack the material.
Rule#7: 9/10 all main spotlights will be on webtoon for the most part for convenience's sake.
