Ink shivered, hiding his face in his scarf and looking around the cold environment. This place was where he would usually draw, near the cherry tree, but it was the middle of winter, and he didn't like being cold. Plus the shivering making the line look all crooked. He didn't like that at all.
Ink sighed, standing up and putting his sketchbook under his arm, and replacing the pencil in his jacket pocket.
It was so surprising that Ink dropped his book, kneeling over and clutching his stomach with a look of pure pain written on his face.
The urge was back.
And with a vengeance.
The pain was begging him, pleading him, to make his way to the bathroom, kneel over...
And release.
Ink groaned and fell over on his side, shivering more. The pain was intense and almost too unbearable to endure. He didn't want to get up, the pain made sure that was nothing he wanted to do.
The pain was like a plan.
It knew exactly how to execute the death of the AU protector.
Nonetheless, Ink stumbled but got up to his knees, which were almost covered with a thin sheet of snow. he couldn't make a portal, he was too weak for that...
But he could call someone.
He reached for his phone, which had ink stains on it, and pulled up the calling screen. His vision was getting blurrier, and the picture of the person was getting so blurry all he could see was black and blue.

"come on... Please..." Ink whispered, having to take deep breaths to steady himself. He was crying at this point, the urge having no mercy against his fragile body.
"H3ll0? 1nk?" He heard, which made him sigh in relief. "E-error... H-help..."
The pain was tearing apart his stomach, his brain, and making its way to his legs, which were barely able to hold the skeleton up.
"1nk?! Wh3r3 @r3 y0u?!" Ink smiled softly at the concern of his boyfriend's voice. "Cherry... Tree..."
Error knew where this is, having them meet there so many times. The glitchy skeleton hung up, leaving the artist alone once more. stay strong... Ink thought to himself, looking down at the rainbow stained snow, and at his arms, which were barely an ounce from giving up...
The pain was making it's way into Ink's head, telling him things...
Bad things.
YOU NEED TO PURGE! YOU REALLY NEED TO! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO NOT DO IT! Ink tried to not listen to these dark thoughts, something that he couldn't do at the beginning...
He was suddenly ripped up from his stance and pulled into a loving hug. Ink's legs gave out from under him, the only thing holding him up was the strong grip from this person.
Error.
"St@y w1th m3!" He yelled, opening a portal and rushing through, carrying Ink bridal style.
Ink didn't really care at this point, the words rushing to his mind infecting his ability to do anything.
like a virus.
He was put on something, something that Ink didn't pay attention to. He heard voices, and then something was placed over his mouth, letting his breath steady itself...
Then he was out.
---
"W1ll h3 b3 alr1ght?!" Error exclaimed, watching Sci place a breathing mask over Ink. "I think so. I don't know what caused this, though. Almost like some sort of virus attacked him." his white eyes looked up to Error's blue and yellow ones, which were filled with worry.
"Don't worry. I got so many that were affected by Fresh's virus to health, so Ink'll be fine. He might be emotionless for some time, though."
Error stiffened at this.
"You're gonna have to force-feed the vials to him, but really."
These 3 words made Error's glitched and cracked soul untighten, and relief sweep over him.
"He'll be fine."
