"Let the girl eat first, boy. She ain't gonna survive a day if you deprive her from food," Molly spoke in my defence.
For some odd and lucky reason, he didn't push but just let out a heavy sigh and walked away.
Now, I'm really loving her!
She stood by me like my bodyguard and waited for me to finish the already thrice-refilled glass of strawberry milkshake. She tried to shove in another glass but I had to force my way out of it.
I got up and was about to leave when Molly grabbed me by my arm and said, "If that rilin' boy ever hurts or annoys ya', you can always come to this old lady, okay dearie."
She winked."Of course, I'll come to you!" I replied and was about to walk out of the kitchen when I turned around and added, "You do realise that means I'll be coming to you a lot of times, right?"
She shrugged. "Probably after every minute," and she smiled.
I smiled back and walked out. As I did, I saw Blayze; his head leaning to the wall with his eyes close. I stood next to him and counted my breaths, waiting for him to acknowledge my existence, which, of course he didn't.
35 breaths gone...
That's too many. I cleared my throat, making him jerk up straight and look directly at me.
Frankly speaking, I never stood this close to him before so my five-foot-nothing looked awfully small in front of his six foot three.
"You took your time," he said in a very dry tone.
"Your point?"
"We're getting late."
"For what, exactly?"
"Your training. You may know some moves but you still lack strength and stamina. That's why you're going to be our spy."
"Spy? That means I don't have to kill someone, right?"
"Affirmative."
I sighed with relief. No way was I going to kill anyone but Tim Parker.

"Sooo, had a pleasant night?" I asked.
Silence."I hope I didn't kick you that hard that it made your night uncomfortable."
I hope I kicked you hard enough to make you fall out of bed!
Silence.
"When did you wake up?"
I hope you didn't sleep.
Silence.
Our car ride went on like this, with me asking him questions that would only annoy him to death. He didn't say a single word but the bulging vein was an obvious sign of his irritation.
"I will kill him..." I heard him murmur to himself after a little while.
"Who, that Jackson guy for hooking you up with me?"
"Yes, and for the exact same reason that you've just stated."
"Well, you shouldn't have listened. You're the big bad boss after all. But now you're stuck with me."
"I thought that, for once in his life, my brother would actually make a good decision. But no, he'll remain brainless for the rest of his life."
"Wait, he's your brother? As in biological one?"
"Yes, and that dim-witted bastard stays in my house so I have to deal with him almost every day. Thank god I thought of sending him away for two weeks on a mission, otherwise he'd have driven me nuts till now... especially since you're around now."
