The third week was halfway over, and Loki was still at the Avengers' Headquarters. He had no clue why, but he was happy about it. Why? Because any place was better than Asgard.

Thor hadn't come back till now, and Loki was sure he would never return. Maybe this was his future, alone in this cell, wearing a stupid looking jacket... Speaking of his jacket: this thing was the most uncomfortable thing you could imagine. Especially since he had worn it for like four days straight.

Most of the time he had spent sleeping. That way he didn't had to think about what happened.
To be exact, he couldn't remember a lot of what really happened, it was all foggy.

One day ago he spotted the camera that watched him the whole time. At first he was thinking about destroying it with his magic, but then he decided to not do this. He should be thankful that he was still here.

As he slowly fell asleep again, the images flashed up again...

The guardians are holding me, pressing my body down to some kind of table. They tie me down to it. I scream, try to get free, but there's no chance for me. Then I see him coming, this certain guardian. He is holding it. The syringe. Now I stop moving, start to panic. I know that this is not going to be nice.
Out of a sudden Odin appears. "How're you feeling, son? Are you laying comfortable? He seems a bit nervous... Give him the injection."
"No... Please!", I whimper, he replies laughing "Stop begging. You are never going to get out, this will never stop."
"Thor will help me", I say, as I feel the injection and scream again.
"Haha! Thor will never help you! Even if he'd knew what we are doing here he would do nothing against that! He doesn't love you, Loki. Nobody does. And no one ever will."

Thor awoke in the middle of the night with an odd feeling in his heart area. He didn't really knew why, and why now, he thought about Loki, being alone in his cell, in the dark.
He sat up, and a thunder let the air vibrate. Outside of the building howled a thunderstorm, and Thor remembered that, as they were still kids, Loki was always afraid of the thunder growling outside. Could he hear it right now? Thor imagined his little brother sitting there, thinking back to the time where they had fun together, where they loved each other.

Walking down the stairs he got faster and faster, until he was nearly running to his brother's cell.
He laid there, curled up in one corner, the straight jacket teared apart on the floor next to him. Thor opened the door as another thunder could be heard. As Thor noticed the other man was sleeping he tried to walk more quiet so he wouldn't wake up.

Finally he laid down behind him and pulled him close to his body. Loki mumbled something in his sleep as he turned around cuddling up at his brother's chest.

Together they slept, even though the thunder howled outside. That night was the first of many nights they'd spend together, arm in arm.
