"I think you may have a manic depressive disorder. Of course I am not an expert, but the symptoms seem familiar...", Stark continued talking. "I just did not figure out why your eye color seems to change."
Loki took his hands off his face, looking confused. "I don't have a clue what you're talking about, but I guess you try to tell me that I am crazy?"

"No. Well, it is a mental disorder, but I wouldn't call it crazy. Just... sick. You're sick and need help."
Loki sat up with his eyes focusing on Stark. "I do not need help!"
"Calm down, I didn't want to upset you..."
The god closed his eyes and tried to calm down, while Banner asked: "Why are you that... well, damaged?
And what happened to your arm?"

The black haired man opened his eyes again and looked at the ground with a shy expression on his face. "I... I don't want to talk about this..."
"Okay. I will now give you an injection that's going to let you sleep a bit." Banner turned around, and in his hand...

He held a syringe.

Loki jumped off the table and tried to flee, but his knee made him fall to the ground. With panic written all over his face and wide eyes locked on the thing in Banner's hand he pulled himself away from the man. Finally his back bumped against the wall and he rolled himself up to a tight ball, hugging his knees and crying, still staring at the syringe.

"Well, I didn't expect that one", Stark said. Thor walked up to his little brother, moving slowly to not scare him even more. As he arrived next to him he sat down and pulled the broken god into a tight hug. The smaller man clawed himself to the taller one, his breath going faster than ever. He was hyperventilating, and Stark supposed he had a panic attack.

Banner walked up to him as Loki was not looking at him, and gave him the injection. As soon as the needle sticked through his skin, a weak whimper left his mouth. After some time the medication did its job and he fell asleep.

"That was... strange", Thor stated, still holding his brother.
"He seems to have some memories connected to injections that weren't that nice", Banner explained to the god. "Did you ever see him like this?"

Thor tried to remember, but finally shook his head. "I think this and the marks on his arm are connected. Maybe father knows what happened. But I'll first ask Loki when he wakes up."
