"I know my lord but I could arrange this only, please consume it, at least you will stay alive", another voice heard but talking with extreme politeness.
"Is their any point of living like this? So pathetically? Not for a month, not for a year but THOUSAND YEARS!!!", the first voice roared.
"Please don't say like this my lord, you are the last hope of us, the Vampires. You must win back your Kingdom from those shitty humans", the second voice pleads.
"And I can't keep living and waiting an eternity for that...", a loud cough stops him to continue. These days his body tends to give up but his slaves are doing anything and everything to keep him alive.
"Any news about her?", he asks suppressing his urge to cough again.
"She is turning twenty this year, this is the year, my lord !!! We can't let the humans sacrifice her like the past three times.... you have to make her yours before that my lord"
"Do you think I don't know that??", he yelled, "to do that I need my power back, I need my strength, I need human blood... not bird, animals or sea creatures, I need HUMAN BLOOD"

Jeongyeon wakes up from sleep all sweaty and gasping air. After calming down a bit, she reaches for the glass of water to soothe her dry throat. No, this is not a mere nightmare, this is that incident of her life that no one knows except Nayeon and Taehyung. She knows that she is not an ordinary girl but she doesn't have any idea why she of all, is endowed with this power. After that creature told her keep it a secret, she really didn't talk about it to anyone. She doesn't know why but she believed that bat. Nayeon and Taehyung got to know by accident and kept it secret, there is no specific reason why they did so, they just felt it the right thing to keep it secret.
Jeongyeon comes to the balcony to get some fresh air and catches Taehyung climbing up with the help of a ladder. Poor Taehyung loses his balance out of shock, seeing the figure in front of him. He was almost going to fall, when Jeongyeon clenched his collar and pulled him in.
