It all had been too fast to be processed. You did not feel the pain. If it was because of the shock or the fear you had felt before all of this, you did now know.

You turned your head to your side and stared at him, Obi-Wan, a Jedi...your brother, your only family. He was holding a weapon in his shaking hands, a blaster...they very weapon which's shot just impaled your chest. He dropped it, before slowly running towards you.

Why? Why did he do that? Why was he running? Was it...oh...

You were falling. You didn't notice. You closed your eyes, ready to collide with the ground, tow strong hands, however, prevented you to do so. There were not human, far too sharp were the claws that dug into your skin, but they were as gentle as they could be...and you knew exactly who they belonged to.

You turned your head to look up, and your eyes locked with beautiful pools of melted gold, who were staring back with the most sorrowful look any being in the universe could offer. You heard voices, but you understood nothing. They were unclear, and you felt your head grow heavier with every second. You were tired.

You just wanted to sleep.

A second shadow leaned over you, and you came to face with your brother. You heard your name over and over again. "Y/N!" It was both of them. Your brother, and your mate.

They were calling you. You wanted to answer, but you could not speak anymore. The words were just too deep in your throat to force them out. It hurt to breathe, you wanted to stop.

You heard a whine...a loud, keening sound filled with pain, and you felt cold metal against your skin as he buried his face into your neck. You felt them...tears. Hot, salty tears. He was crying, but he was not alone. You also felt drops hitting your face from above. Your brother was there too, and he was holding you against his chest while your mate cried.

You wanted to tell them to stop, to let you rest, but you could not. You tried to speak, but their names, again, were caught in your throat before they could leave your mouth. "Obi-Wan, Grievous!"

You felt more people surrounding you, then, they disappeared, and you were laid in other arms. But you did not feel that anymore, for your body gave up, and your mind sunk into the bliss of unconsciousness.

Bad Ending:

"Grievous."

The whisper was hoarse, almost too silent to hear, drowned in sadness, but he did hear it, and very slowly, he turned his heavy head into the direction where it came from. There he stood, the Jedi who was the cause of his pain...Y/N's own brother: Obi-Wan Kenobi

He took a step forward, silently asking for permission if he was allowed to come closer. As the cyborg said nothing, he started to walk. He stopped in front of a gravestone and swallowed the sob that was slowly rising in his throat.

Grievous watched him out of sharp, golden eyes, and stepped behind him. He could see him tense up, but he relaxed as soon as he put his head on his shoulders.

Obi-Wan knew what this meant. It was a sing of peace, a sign of forgiveness. He smiled as tears began to flow down his cheeks, and he leaned his head back to set it on those strong, metallic shoulders. "Thank you.", he whispered and began to sob.

The cyborg only nodded, remaining silent. He could not speak, his voice was lost in his mind, sealed behind grief and pain, but he could see that he was not the only one suffering. The Jedi blamed himself for all of this. He blamed himself for what has happened. So, he did the only thing he knew Y/N would have done. He forgave him.

Y/N, his beloved mate, now buried under the earth. He knew you were gone, but he could not help it. He had a feeling that you were standing behind them, wrapping your arms around them as you cried in happiness that there was finally peace between them.

Good Ending:

You groaned as the bright light of the sun decided to shine right into your face and turned your head away from the beast that was preventing you from sleeping. As you realized that you were not allowed to sleep more by your body, you slowly blinked our eyes open, only to cry out in utter shock.

Golden reptilian eyes and brown orbs shot open at that sound, and two heads lifted in shock, searching for an intruder that was threatening them. As they found none, their eyes landed on you...on your awakened form.

You sat there, completely dumbfounded, your eyes widened in pure shock before your face turned into a glare. "Grievous? Obi-Wan? Where am I? What the hell are you doing here? And why are you two not dead yet? You two can't stay in the same room for more than a few seconds without killing each other!"

You received no answer, only silence before you were yanked forward and wrapped into four, oh, excuse me, six arms.

"What the...boys, what is...OW! Watch out!", you hissed and pulled away from them. "You're awake.", your mate wheezed in surprise, before turning his head away to cough. "You're finally awake.", your brother stated, and ran his fingers through your hair.

You, however, were just confused. "What? What the hell are you talking about? And why does my body feel like a slept for a whole month." "You don't remember?", Grievous asked silently and sat down next to you, not caring for the creak the bed made as he added his weight.

"No, or else I wouldn't be asking.", you mumbled under your breath and crossed your arms in front of your chest.

They told you everything.

After you had been shocked, Grievous had called for help before having a mental breakdown right in front of Obi-Wan, who was crying like a baby himself. After you were transported away, you were operated on three times before you were out of danger, and then, you went into a coma for exactly one month (your body will never forgive you this).

You sat there, your mouth opening and closing like a fish. "And you managed that all without killing one another? Wow, I'm impressed.", you grinned at them, causing Grievous to roll his golden eyes. "I was close."

You threw your head back in a laugh and reached forward to hug your now completed family with a huge smile on your face, glad that you could finally live the life you always wanted.
