Hi its me
I don't usually do this but I thought I should add awareness to this matter
this happened to me in sixth grade
I was 12 or 11 at the time
I had a friend
she was a bit..touchy but I never minded
but one day it got to far
she began to touch my *ahem cheat area* and make comments about it
"there so big"
"If your shirt had buttons I would rip them off"
I kept slapping her hands away and kept telling her to stop
heck I even tackled her once while she was laughing like a maniac at the floor
this went on for an entire month
one day I told a friend who ended up telling my classmates
and they said if I don't tell the principle they will tell her themselves
seeing that I didn't have a choice, I talked to the principle
you probably think she got punished
well guess what.....
"It was a misunderstanding" was what the principle said
a month...not just once....A FRIGGIN MONTH!!
but they just wouldn't listen
she got off scot free while I suffered
I ended up with ptsd
It's been years and I still see her walking around
she's done this to more people
but they escape before she got touchy
they spoke as well but the principle just said the same thing
"it was a misunderstanding"
okay typing that pisses me off
we should listen and properly investigate if someone has an incident like this
and we should give fair punishments
I still see her to this day, walking around with no consequence while I was called a liar
why the hell would I lie about something like this
If I wanted attention then I wouldn't accuse someone of something they didn't do
I know I'm telling the truth
I have witnesses
but my school cares about there reputation more
so honestly if this happens to you
do NOT be afraid to take this stuff legally
I never took it legally since we were so young
she was 13 or 14 at the time this happened
I was only 12
tell someone
YOU did nothing wrong
it was all there fault not yours
sorry I'll go back to writing the new chapter
