I was growing more worried. Time was running out, and I needed to interrogate the last three people before the trial starts. I was relieved to see Amaimon coming out to see me so quickly, but he had a blank expression on his face.

"Hey. I heard you wanted to talk to me?" he said in a monotone way.

"Yes. If you wouldn't mind, could you tell me what you were doing during 4-5 pm? Your alibi might just prove you to be innocent, or will give us a huge clue that'll lead us towards the culprit." I said.

"Is that all? Okay, that's fine. Mello asked me to get him a chocolate bar from the candy shop on the third floor, so I went up to get it." Amaimon explained. "Mello said he never got it. What happened?" I asked. "It looked really good. So I ended up eating it." Amaimon replied bluntly.

"....okay then. Did you see anything strange while you were up here? Anyone suspicious? Or even heard what was happening at the crime scene?" I asked. "No, I didn't. After I had the chocolate bar, I got thirsty. So I decided to go back down into my room, where I stored some soda that no one would touch." Amaimon replied.

"Are you sure?" I asked. Amaimon nodded. I sighed. Well, this at least confirms Mello's alibi. I'm certainly getting a lot of clues, but nothing is adding up. Ulric leaves for an hour with only a hurt shoulder as an alibi, Amaimon comes up here doesn't see or hear anything strange, and Magane and Junko's alibi's don't add up when they both claim they were with each other. What does all of this mean?! How do they connect? Something isn't right with those stories.

"Can I leave now?" Amaimon asked. I snapped out of my thoughts and nodded.

"Sure. Send out Crona. He should be the last person until I can find Kokichi." I said. I can't believe that guy took off. But why? He's been gone for awhile now. It's not like him to hide from others....what's he up to?

"Okay." Amaimon replied as he walked back into the roller coaster room. I only waited a few seconds before Crona came out, rubbing his arm and looking at me nervously. "Y-You, um....you wanted to t-talk to me?" he stuttered.

"Don't be scared, Crona. If you're innocent, there's nothing to worry about. I only want to ask where you were during 4-5 pm." I said. "I-I don't know....m-my alibi isn't very r-reliable. N-No one else saw me." Crona replied. Ragnarok popped out from behind him. "Not true! I saw him! I'm his witness! Our witness!" he stated.

"Ragnarok, that won't work...." Crona said.

"And why not?!" Ragnarok snapped. "Unfortunately, since you two are always together, it means you could both lie about something." I said. Crona looked down, guilt in his eyes. "Like I lied about Rena...." he said quietly. I frowned. I felt bad for him. I haven't known Crona for too long, but he seems kinda fragile. He's always so nervous and scared. And when something like this happens, I imagine it isn't easy for him to deal with it....

"That wasn't your fault. You were just trying to protect her. I'm sure was very grateful that you did that." I said with a smile. Crona looked at me surprised before smiling. "Yeah, I guess so...."

"Whatever, are we gonna tell her our alibi or what?" Ragnarok asked. Crona nodded. "Right. Anyway, I didn't do much. I mostly just stayed in my room. I wasn't feeling like myself, ever since Rena died....so I decided to write some poetry." he said. I looked at him surprised. "Poetry? I didn't know you wrote poetry." I said.

"Yeah, an old friend taught me that. It helps me to deal with some problems that are out of my reach." Crona said. "But we didn't stay in there forever. When it got later, we were thirsty and went to the kitchen to get a soda. But there wasn't anymore soda!" Ragnarok snapped.
