-Actually give them eye contact , look them in their eyes

-Bring up something they once said to you
-Ask for their number
-Don't let the funny inside joke die
-Send them a song /meme that reminded you of them
-Hint in the conversation that you are open to a relationship
-Make them a mix tape if that's what you're into
-Don't wait a certain amount of minutes to text them back
-Hug them goodbye instead of saying it
