I walked towards the gym which my childhood friend said to go, she's my childhood friend ever since children. We got to the same elementary school, middle school, and junior high, and now, high school. We are first years in Karasuno High, we go to the same junior high in Nagamushi Junior High. Though she is younger than me by two years, she is super smart that she surpassed many 14 year olds that is going in their normal Junior High School. She is (Y/N)

Nationality) and half Japanese, she was born in (Country) but lives in Japan. Even if she's 14 years old, she manages to get ahead of every 14 year olds whose going to a normal Junior high today. She is way chubbier than girls in school but still, she has this sweet but dangerous personality. She worries for others, especially me, I worry about her too. She holds a special place in my heart and life that I can't ignore.....whenever she's in danger, my usually sweet and nice mode will turn into something else. I knew what my feelings was but for (Y/N), she can't seem to notice it, our families knew what is going on.....her mom always tells me that (Y/N) likes me back, I always knew it......based on her way of blushing and stuff when we get teased by people. Still I can't seem to have the courage to win her heart or ask her out, I don't know what is holding me back.
"Koushi?!"I heard her angelic voice while I got out of my trance.
"W-what......? Oh you asking something?"I asked as she face palmed
"I asked you something.......why have you continued volleyball?"she asked as I looked down at her
"Because I love playing volleyball....I will pour my power with it until I finish high school, now it's my turn to ask.....why are YOU not in the cheering squad of Karasuno?"I asked as she sighed
"Apparently they don't have a cheering squad for Karasuno.......even if I build something, I wouldn't have any enough members"she said as I look at her, her family is the best cheering squad ever, our junior high was filled with their voices......but considering that she's apart of a cheering squad family. I'm sure she's stressed
"I'm sorry, (Y/N)-chan"I said as she sighed and smiled
"Don't worry Koush! I'll probably find something more interesting anyways!"she said as I looked at her and got an idea
"How about you join our team?"I asked as (Y/N) looked at me as if I'm crazy
"That's a boys volleyball team, Koushi. And besides I don't want to join, jumping and running will exhaust and sore my whole body"she said as I chuckled and ruffled her hair
"No silly, you're gonna be a manager of course, we have our first manager, she's also a first year like us. She's apparently in class 2"I said as she thought of it
"How can I cheer?"(Y/N)-chan asked as I smiled and put my hands on my pockets
"You do what you usually do
"A Cheerleader is a beautiful girl or handsome boy who also has a beautiful heart. A Cheerleader must be Cheerleader through out their lives." Don't ya think this was the phrase that you're mom and dad always tells you?"I asked as she looked at me, her eyes is shimmering with sparkles
"..........what are you saying? Are you trying to cheer me up?"she asked as I blushed and I look away
"W-what if I am?"I asked as she hugged me and smiled
"Of course I will!"she said as I blushed harder since her body is so close to my body!
